Love this! Been using it for several years now to keep up with meds, it reminds me to take them! The surveys are great, and the symptom tracker really helps. I would recomend to anyone!
Registered and went to download but it won't and really disappointed as i was looking forward to tracking mine and helping shed more light on what's helpful or not with debilitating arthritis of the spine.
I agree with another reviewer. I'm not giving my insurance company, and my birthdate and signing a forms. I was hoping, as a female with AS, to be able to give ongoing data to someone who could then use or distribute said data for research. I understand needing to know, generally, a person's age and some of the other information but asking for exact birthdates and insurance company is a bridge too far. I also would have expected more questions about careers or working environment, etc
Couldn't even register , maybe it only compatible in the US not UK. Uninstalled.
Easy to use, informative, great to track symptoms and use as tool to melt with your physician
I'm trying to participate in a study. It's day 2 and I keep getting an error on the first question... What the heck???
Wants me to sign a HIPPA form?! Hell no! You dont need access to my medical records! I just want an app to monitor my symptoms and meds, etc.... Uninstalled!

Can't even read all the initial questions to answer them on my phone. It's cut off and can't make it move up.
Very disappointed in this app! It was no help to me and there are no incentives or trials! I uninstalled !
I'm so excited about the new and refreshed App. The Assessment for an overall picture of my health took a short time to complete. I appreciate being able to stop and go back to where I left off without having to start over from the beginning. It's pretty cool to see be able to see and track my progress, etc. Also it's helpful that there is a spot to input my medications if it's not listed in the drop down box. Also, it's refreshing to have so many descriptive questions that helps quide the assessments. Especially the questions about sleep patterns since I struggle with sleep. Some of the Assessment questions help give a better picture of my sleep patterns. Which prompted me to really pay attention to how bad my lack of sleep is. I'm looking forward to all this App has to offer.
Downloaded and tried to use today. Assessments time out every time; feedback screen failed to send email. Hopefully this is a glitch. The application has great potential but not working for me so far.
This improved app has a better feel and moves quickly. I can see that the updates are mindful of time and input. Keep working on the bugs (medication updates, etc...) Overall, it's fantastic. I will begin using this feature, more frequently, once again.

It keeps timing out
This will – I'm confident – become a very useful app... But for now, it is terribly buggy and unstable. Links don't work, the top banner obliterates content, sign-in fails, it is difficult to sign-off, and it is prone to crashing. There also isn't much content yet. Regretfully, the developers are using us for "alpha testing." Let's hope it gets much better soon!
I want to register, but I keep receiving "request entity too large" error at the end of the page asking for my Rheumatologist. Please help, I want to be a part of this, I think it can be a great thing.
Keeps crashing when it try to open in my S5.
Cannot get this to load on my phone,,Google play says it is installed....but there is no open icon and nothing on the screen. It sounds like a good idea, if it worked. May try again in the future if it is updated to work on newer phones.
I really wanted to use this App but it wouldn't open at all. Even after restarting tablet and reinstalling. I look forward to downloading it again once bugs are fixed.

You can't finish answering the questions because the whole question won't show. Poor app.
Downloaded the app started to enter info got to pain level and app would not go anywhere. Uninstaller and reinstalled still would not go any further. Very disappointed.
