Artisto – Video & Photo Editor

This app turns your videos into oil paintings. In the end it looks like an animated oil painting. The quality is good and this is the only app that can use this effect on videos aswell as photos. But a few things are not so good. Videos can't be longer than 10 seconds, a watermark is on the bottom of the videos and the worst is that the only format that is supported is square which cuts up almost everything on my sideflipped videos. But all in all still a great app. Just needs some improvement.

This used to be a neat little app with some unique filters, but unfortunately it now crashes every time I attempt to open and edit a photo. This started happening July of 2021 and its January of 2022. I've reinstalled it several times. My phone is a Galaxy S20 FE so this should work with ease. If anyone can open it, it's a 3/5 app otherwise it can't even qualify for a 1/5 since it won't open.

Just did a update in the past two weeks. Now everytime I try to open a photo in this APP. The APP quits 12-18-2021. Just reinstall this APP. Same issues as before. The APP opens as soon as I try to do something; it crashes. Uninstall time for this APP. 5G appears not to be its friend.

I've been using this app for maybe 4 years now and to be honest there is no other like it. I am quite disappointed that it hasn't been updated but I must admit it's amazing as it is. I only use it for photos and in post production and not to actually take pictures. I have some AMAZING artwork as a result. My only gripe is the resolution of the end product and also somewhat the watermark. JUST LOVE THIS APP!!!

Not great, not terrible. It lacks any option of setting, imported videos come out in horrible quality, however, the app has some really cool filters which look nice if you don't have high expectations from the quality. Also it seems, it only allows square videos as a result.

This Is One Outstanding App! Does A Beautiful job, excellent Quality - It's Easy, Fun & Fast On Both Photos & Video Clips- YES! It Works On VIDEO -!!! I have'nt Seen That Feature Available Anywhere But Here With The Artisto App. Thank You To The Developers -In All The Years I've Had This App I've Never Had 1 Problem -100% Perfection

Stopped working. I have used and loved this before. Why no updates? I'd happily pay. I try to cut fir a clip and then it's just black. I thought that maybe this was a memory issue and so I deleted hundreds of photos and many videos. Still not working.

I've used this once and it was incredible! I've tried using it a gazillion times after and each time, it just crashes. Reinstalled. Still not working. What happened? It's such an awesome tool when it works!

I downloaded with the intent to do a quick trim of a family video. I figured out how to get to the video, but not how to actually select and trim one. I used a google and a youtube search and found no tutorials. Why waste my time any further? So im not sure if it has any features of interest to me, nor can i figure out how to tell. Uninstall.

App is broken and down for the count. When you try to access photos it crashes. If you try to send reports it crashes. A shame really because it was a pretty good app.

App keeps crashing on my Google Pixel 3a everytime I try to access the photos/videos on said device (please fix running Android 11). it however works great with taking a pic and then applying the filter (s)

Good app with limited option. But it takes time to load effects and GUI for selection of filter is not good. Need more filters and at least option to adjust distortions

Have used this app for years and was excellent. Now, it will not open pics on my phone to edit. Fortunately, there are many other similar apps available that work...RIP Artisto

It's fantastic! A friend told me about having had a picture done with this app with a mutual friend of ours. She was surprised and loved it. I decided to try it , and found it fun. I'd recommend this to others for weekend funtime.

I've been holding out hoping they'd fix this app but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen. Loved using it when it worked - just like for everyone else, crashes and is essentially useless.

Very nice app. Super good. The video timing is tooshort. Can it be improved to see a movie song. Especially to enjoy old black and white in color. Thank you.

What happened Artisto?? U were working Perfectly all this time and idk if u did an update or something but now everytime I try to open my gallery to use it .. the app crashes ... tried several times to re install but unfortunately 😕 its still not working... hopefully u can fix it loved this app!! PLS FIX IT BACK🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Not a good app. The effects are really nice but it forces you to crop your videos and only allows you to edit really short videos.

Good app, but downfall is tha video effects only last for 6 secs. should last at least 30 seconds. I thought tha app wood have alot more filters.

Mame this app for 5 to 10 minute videos then it would be perfect and I'd pay anywhere up to $100 for it. Much better than other editing apps but too short to be worth using

I love the concept, but don't like the fact that I have to compromise the video I spent hours editing and finally getting it satisfactory, jus to be forced to crop it to sqaure, all I wanted was choices of video filters, nothing else

Am I mistaken or does that app let you record only 5 seconds of video? Is that what the cool kids are doing these days? Maybe I did something wrong but even the filters are kind of bland and the little face effects are pretty inaccurate.

Great app. However, when you upload a landscape picture with a Samsung it doesn't fit the screen and edits the part that fits only cutting the remaining side

I have installed and uninstalled this app at least 5x and it crashes. I also read the reviews and see this has been a noted issue and appears it hasn't been addressed.
