Android App won't work! Just installed this app twice!! Still unable to get it to open or work. Was really excited to use this. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Apps should work considering a majority of people now use phones to do a majority of online stuff. Hopefully this is fixed soon. Great concept and I would really like to use it!!
Won't share art work with family , and now when I open the app, I just get a white screen and cant sven see previous art work! All the pictures I had taken before are gone and now with no way to retrieve them
Worked great on the iphone but is horrible on android. Will not use. Hoping I have all the photos still stored somewhere. Very unimpressed.
I had this app on my iPhone and found it easy to use and understand. Now that I'm using an android it's totally different and I can't figure out how to do the easiest thing, like make a new folder. I'm also thinking some artwork is missing, and yes I'm a paying member.
Not intuitive at all. I could not upload photos like I should have been able to. It's a great concept, and it would be great if it actually worked.
Won't even open on my phone (Note 9). All I get is a blank screen. I guess I'll just throw all this artwork away. Sorry kids. Look at them. They are crying as I throw all of their hard work in the trash. I'll send you the bill for their therapy artkive. Thanks for nothing.
simplifies my life and allows me to throw away all this paper. the books are expensive but they are good quality and keep everything organized for me.
buggy and you can't actually take the photo with the app. you have to take with a different app and then upload it. worthless
Getting a white screen,when you open. Can you please fix it ? The iPhone version works fine.
don't use this company or app. terrible customer service and a product. they have robbed me of my childs priceless artwork.
Cant get back in! I saved my kids art and now cant get it back!

After years of not supporting their app, now they have the gall to try to charge me a membership fee, and hold my kids' artwork ransom! I can literally not even access all my uploaded images to download them without paying to do so. Thanks for the warning. DO NOT waste your time and money with this app.
In addition to an app to organize your kids' art, these folks offer a service to scan it for you. I'm sure they're great at that, but this app and the user experience of dealing with your own files once they have them is a black eye on their whole enterprise. I'm not sure how it could be worse. I just spent an evening meticulously downloading our hundreds of photos (which they probably intentionally made extremely difficult) just so we can cancel it. I would avoid this company and app altogether
Pictures of my child's art that I submitted years ago are completely blurry. This is exactly the type of this thing this app is supposed to prevent-the loss or destruction of a child's artwork. CREATORS - please return my submissions to their original form and I will be able to give you a better rating.
I don't know what happened to this app but it is HORRIBLE! When I first started using this app it was great, but then glitches started. Now all the pics I loaded previously look horrendous! Isn't this supposed to save my kids artwork and not destroy it? Complete fail of objective! If you can restore my uploads to their previous resolution, I would be happy to change my review. At this point I would give a negative score if I could.
The idea is great but my app looks nothing like the pictures above. Just glancing at the comments I guess the app isn't android friendly. Poor.
Great in theory, app needs work. It keeps signing me out and my kids keep disappearing. Entering their birthdays is a total pain. Wish this worked better!
I use this app to keep track of my niece and nephew's artwork for me. I can't wait to make a book of it all to keep on my coffee table to show them how much I love them.
What a disaster. I trusted artkive with photos of my child's artwork 2 years ago and now going on the app, every photo is so blurry you can't make out words, features of the artwork, etc. What a waste of my time, and it's so unfortunate those photos of the artwork are now ruined. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, and certainly don't pay for it.
The screen looks nothing like the pictures above. I can't even find a place to take pictures of the art work??? Useless coming off my phone. You're better to just snap a photo with your phones camera and put it in its own file....it will be date stamped and all and then you don't have to worry about them being blury on the cloud like previously mentioned.
Really, now you are charging to use this app, ridiculous!!! I have been using this for years now and all my pictures are blurry.

It keeps freezing and kicking me out . i tried to save 3 pictures of art from my 2 children and it is so difficult to navigate which kid and where to put them because it keeps kicking me out
Went through the labor of uploading 200 pics to find that there is no way to make a book. Is it an android issue? Don't know.... no customer service. Don't waste your time!!
Years ago, I had this app on an old iPad that died. They didn't have functionality on Samsung yet, so sadly I want able to continue. Now they've added it however, I'm not able to make a book wth the 8 images that are stored from years ago and the camera function doesn't work. The personalized service was very kind to help me access my account due to a dead email as well. I'm hopeful that they will update to include camera functionality on my Samsung phone.
Couldn't get this to work at all. Tried to sign in/log on multiple times but to no avail. Also 5 min wait to open to log on page each time I tried. Pity, I liked the sound of it.
This app would be far more useful if you could take photos from within the app, as you can in the iPhone version. My whole purpose in using the service is not to have the images cluttering up my photo folders. For now I borrow my wife's iphyone every time I upload art, which is less than ideal. Being able to sync uploads to other cloud services so I can use the art as screen savers would also be a cool feature!
