Hello Artscroll!!! Your app hasn't worked for the last three days! I bought two books on it, and I can't find them. After two days of a blank screen I see the donated Psalms, but I still don't see the books I bought; and I can't use the donated Psalms like the Tanach I bought. When it works, I like the app; but I keep calling and leaving messages and writing emails. I keep leaving my contact number, but nobody calls. I wouldn't mind you not calling me, if you'd answered your phone. 2 years now

On my tablets the PDF copy of the car appear very blurry! Please fix that! On iPad no problems, only on Android tablet device

Chumashim are still missing from the app despite the update. Learning plans also have a bug. Highlighting is also a problem. Bookmarking is also a problem.

Excellent! Latest Hotfix update, means I can enjoy the New Chumash release without App crashing. Thankyou!

Having used the siddur for a while, I am annoyed by the tendency for the scrolling to freeze when going to the next section. Also the dedication bar and another navigation bar take up precious space on my phone. You can remove these bars by pressing the X, but they return when you go to the next section. Very annoying.

A high quality program. Able to add samples or full libraries. The siddur automatically inserts or removes for days and seasons. When I need to transfer apps to my new phone it put all of my settings and downloaded my library on its own. The primer for there iPad with a full Library. This makes evident they have well-trained people making their programs. Thank you ArtScroll

Could you kindly fix the UPDATE ALL feature? When I see many many many messages that I need to update many seforim, so I tap on UPDATE ALL. It does something but it does not seem to do the job. I wind up having to tap on each and every UPDATE button. Very time consuming. I hope you can fix. Thank you.

Excellent way to learn, cross references available with a touch

Love the Siddur. Have been using it about 8 years. Few weeks ago the color change in Chazans highlight disappeared even though it's still in the settings. How do I fix it?

I feel bad leaving a bad review, but I think artscroll needs to revamp this app. Constant problems with pages and store not loading. My learning partner also keeps having to stop and redownload the page. I would blame my web filter, but my partner doesn't have a filter and he has issues too.

I thought my problems with the up are fixed, but aren't all the time it shows that subscription expired. Navigation isn't intuitive. I still have a hard time to get new books and get read of books I do not want in my library.

Not connecting to the store. Previously purchased books at the website. Will let me access them on my apple devices but will show an error when trying to access them on android. I did everything the instructions say to do. Tried to contact support and never got a reply.

Update: Originally Gemara bought did not appear in app Library after I purchased it on website. After I emailed them my problem they did fix it. HOWEVER, they told me that the reason I had download problems is because I opened two Artscroll accounts on the same device. That shouldn't be a problem in 2020. I find the website and app very outdated and hard to navigate. Orthodox Jews have internet asifas(gatherings) at MetLife stadium where they talk about how the internet is traife.

Great device, awsome layout, learning has never been more convenient and enjoyable/ growthfull.

This app and Artscroll in general is amazing. Having Torah at your fingertips gives you the opportunity to learn when you didn't realize you would have a few minutes of free time and you can open up one of so many sefarim. There are great people who can do this with photographic memories but Artscroll and their app have opened this possibility to everyone. Yasher Koach!

great app, but a few bugs have started to creep in. Also , cross purchase of devices from apple to android is not so seemless. And support is slow to respond

Jon. O. Mar 27, 2020

Please please please make a swipe to turn page feature. Coming from any other reading app the ui is very unnatural. Thank you.

Y44. M. Feb 25, 2021

STOP with the dedications, we paid for the books, shove them in your website and not in the app, it is annoying to update, there is no mitzvah in bothering others. Will rate better if the option to never show dedications is implemented.

Bought the siddur. It is Intuitive, easy to navigate, highest quality.

Hard to use, slow, complicated to use & high memory. Try sefaria which is free well designed & lightweight

Dan. G. Aug 21, 2020

I love the idea the problem is it's badly in need of a update there's no logout so you're stuck forever in the wrong account

EBE. C. Sep 19, 2021

Great App of its perculiar magnitude. With all my love, I salute the developers for the great work well done!

Ell. May 31, 2021

Couldn't get past a warning that it should be used with filters so I deleted it.

I am so impressed with this app. I purchased the smart Siddur. It allowed me to program in my zip code and female status and it customized the Siddur for me. e.g., tonight I went to bentch and a little message popped up asking me if I finished eating after 8:05pm so that it could know whether to show the addition for Rosh Chodesh. The Hebrew and English are crisp and clear font. Used it daily for months and it's enriched and deepened my davening and I've actually grown as a result.
