Until the glitches and bugs are fixed, I'm just going to have to take my business elsewhere. Every time I make any updates to my page even after saving the changes, it keeps reverting back to the previous version and I can't add a portfolio of my work because now the portfolio tab is missing! What the hell is going on with this app? Extremely frustrating. I can't even delete my account because for some reason it won't recognize my password nor does it give any opportunity to change it!

Really sad this isn't as good as the web version. Some things I just don't understand how they are bugs. Like how if you want to like a post, the like button is already glowed, so you would think you're unliking something. It seems inverted. It's quite ironic for the app to be so lacking considering its purpose revolves around technology and art. It's like a website company having an awful website themselves. Just a massive shame.

Hopefully this update will return efficacy, else I'm out. EDIT TO ADD::: This app has become unusable. Can't upload and won't publish. What an incredible cumbersome platform Artstation has become. My uploads rarely exceeds 2Mb (yes, TWO!!) and the app thinks I'm trying to upload terabytes! It's a mad frustration this thing!

I often get to see the same posts for days on my explore/discover page, no matter which channel. It's hard to see new posts from undiscovered artists, but then again this is not Instagram. Editing posts on phone means that I'm not able to assign it to a collection. I have to refresh several times so that the red notification disappears. It has lead me to often think that I got a new notif when it was actually the same from hours ago. Mobile overall is much worse than on browser!

I look forward to bug fixes and hopefully the addition of ArtStation Learning. It would be amazing if the learning videos could be cast to a screen.

Doesn't have any option to hide your City and Country. I'm not a Digital Artist, i just want to join this platform to support my favourite artists but after signing in, it's asking for my city and county, which i dont want to give. I'm fine with giving too, but i don't want anyone to see that stuff and would like an option to make that info private. Please consider adding that option. Those who are ok with it can keep using it. But I'm little privacy maniac and would like it private.

Great platform ! Although the app needs a lot of work. It needs to be more smooth and more navigable. Artstation deserves a better app to do it justice! It also takes forever to load despite the fast internet connection.

Except the initial page that loads when you enter the app.. nothing else is loading. You get the grey outline of the tabs and nothing else. Please fix this

A place where endless art is evrywhere and not just that also a great art from a professional artist i really love it, i hope the ui and the app stability & demand resources don't get worst.

I like the app. Don't me wrong I do, there is potential and I like posting my art on here. But it takes ABSOLUTELY FOREVER to upload my work. I have great connection, everything is up-to-date, I restarted the app and my phone just in case... I did everything I could think of to resolve this issue. It's ridiculous.... It literally takes such a long time to upload my pictures/art. I hope this gets fixed to soon. And I'm curious if people are dealing with the same issue.

I havent even used the app yet. I cant get in I have sent a link and accepted 4 times already but it still takes me back to the link page on the app

Can't even log in to my account and if I somehow get logged in the app just goes haywire. Try to rectify the problem soon guys!

This app is almost perfect if not for the fact that we can't swipe left or right to open the previous or next posts. This means that everytime you open a post, you have to return to the catalog and then open the previous post or the next one. On top of being time-consuming and impractical, it's simply frustrating because you have to do it for as long as you're browsing the app.

This app used to be great. I don't know what happened but some recent update has rendered it nigh unusable. Endless loading, can never seem to connect even when connection is fine and other apps/sites load fine. Even the artstation site in a web browser works great--it's purely the app. It used to be fine; what happened? I'd prefer to keep using Artstation for browsing art and finding artists over Instagram. FB/Meta is toxic and I want to stay far away. This is the only other option for art.

Seems to have gotten worse rather than better. Used to be able to scroll through images and click on something to inspect it. Then either swipe to the next/previous. Or return back to where you were. Now if you go back. You will either be somewhere random, or have to scroll past everything you've already seen. And you can no longer swipe between items.

The old app was better, where you could see if you liked/followed the artist just by looking at the art. Also, the browse tab loads so damn slowly it'd unnerving to say the least. It's annoying when you just want to browse some art for a few minutes if you have to spend all that time waiting for it to load. And yes I've checked my internet speed and it works perfectly fine with other art apps.

ArtStation is absolutely amazing...on the PC. Everytime you try to upload your work from your mobile device, the app crashes. Any and all notifications never pop up and, you know, notify you that you've got messages or interactions with your work. Browsing is also incredibly slow! This app is absolutely useless which means I have to log on to my bloody PC to know what's going on everytime I want to check ArtStation! Fix your app or don't have one at all!

Overall I enjoy having the app on my mobile device, but the upload feature is completely broken. I like to save my art to the cloud so that if I don't have time to upload while I'm working I can do it on the go. After selecting the images I want to upload and selecting next the app crashes every time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't change anything

ArtStation is an AMAZING platform...so long as you use it on PC. On mobile, it's almost completely useless. Can't see and edit not published projects, syncing takes forever, updates and notifications arrive hours later in comparison to PC, no marketplace, no ArtStation Learning and least, but certainly not last, the UI is absolutely horrendous. It's very confusing and difficult to navigate, use and ...well, understand. Very very very limited app. Ah, yes, the constant "some issue occurred".

It feels very slow and buggy, and its not good at understanding the type of artworks I like based on the artworks I have clicked "like" or on the artworks that I have saved to a collection. Aside from these absolutely annoying and dissatisfying problems, I guess its a good app, lol. After all there's no other platform like ArtStation. What choice do I have. If you fix this, devs, I hope I'll remember to change this review. I don't wanna leave a bad taste for nothing.

Love the website and use it everyday. Unfortunately the app hasn't been running smoothly even now that I've got a new phone. Everything takes very long to load even on wifi and 4G and portfolio sync is dropping a notification that it started every time I open the app on wifi but never really finishes and in the end flat out doesn't work. As I said I love Artstation and it has helped me get a foot on this industry and I would write if I didn't believe there's some huge issues with the app.

Artstation mobile is overall okay, but it's missing two key features: 1. The ability to edit existing comments in the app. 2. The ability to see the entire image caption below an image like what can be seen in the mobile version of the website. With those two minor issues cleared up, it would be as robust as the website.

Since last update first preview for each artwork's is such low quality that it makes me not look anymore. Whatever you did, please undo it! Error messages are generic like "something wrong happened", can't do anything to solve issues if you won't tell me what the issue is. And it drains battery so hard, and overheats even a new phone. Whenever I try to see the Magazine inside the app it tells me that there's no internet but I can browse artwork just fine, both on Wi-Fi and mobile data.

It's better to use artstation on browser instead. It doesn't load images property, doesn't even load profiles, browsers or other things most of the time, also the load time is so slow. And the zoom function is really bad, i cant zoom where i want to also i need to hold it. This app could be much more better if they fix these problems.

Update: Wow, what an improvement! Love being able to scroll limitlessly now, and thumbnails load nice and fast. Good job team! Changed from 2 stars to 5. -------- Previous review: A dedicated app is a nice idea, but the very stringent restriction on browsing is a strange limitation, and ultimately defeats the purpose. I will just use a bookmark to the website instead.

The app has a lot of potential but... When I am on discovery, look at someones art and go back to discovery my screen goes black. When viewing a youtube video an artists posted the video is very small and can hardly touch the fullscreen button. When you could finaly hit the fullscreen button the screen goes black and no sound. The app only works when it wants too, meaning it only shows artwork until the screen goes black. This all on my Samsung Galaxy S8+
