Aruba Bank App

Recently, since I transferred the app to my new phone, I am unable to log on, the message saying that I'm "temporarily blocked." The staff at the bank has been unable to correct it. Even Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't help. And now the hard token doesn't seem to get me in either.

Worst mobile app ever. Keeps blocking me out for no reason. Tells me I'm trying to many times. Customer service response is " just uninstall and reinstall" should work fine after... Excuse me? What if I'm abroad, in an emergency situation!? What then? I am better of without it. Best way is to use online web banking. And that's on PERIOD!

Aruba bank app has a lot of problems and only after contacting the bank (phone) they managed to fix it. If you want an agent that solves your problem, ask for Mr. Molina. And if that doesn't work, just uninstall - instal it again several times. It's a hassle but worked out so far.

Locked me out twice this year. It requires uninstall and reinstall. You also need the soft token to scan it. Good luck if you're outside Aruba and have no computer to display the token. You're stuck!!

Very convenient app, does what it has to do. Fast banking. Sometimes it does not open but usually second try it does.

Hate that sometimes it works than awkwardly blocks you out or tells you error and ned to uninstall and install again. Overall good experience when it works 😑 Get that damn bug fixed

Keeps locking me out...constantly uninstall and reinstall...and still not getting thru...how am I supposed to get my transactions done...🤨

A very easy to handle app, but unfortunately this app isn't any longer available to use as the Aruba Bank has upgraded their service with a new and recently Aruba Bank Online and Aruba Bank App. applications. Thank you Aruba Bank N.V. to care for us, your clients.

The app is not bad, but remains to have glitches once in a while.

Not good. Every now and then it doesn't work. This time not even by uninstall and install again.

I am sorry but this is the worst possible app, how is it possible I get blocked for entering my own pin if it is asking me to enter it? Please fix this asap!
