I really don't understand I swear!!! I paid my loan 2 days ago. Up till now my notification status is still pending and I was due for payment yesterday. Now I'm getting a message saying I would be charged extra charges for non compliance. Kindly clear me please because, If I am being given extra charges, I will not pay it. This is really not fair.

I've used this app once or twice, and I can say their service is great. The reason for the three star is because for months now I haven't been able to log into the app. I have no idea why. Once resolved, will definitely change my rating to a five star. Thank you.

The registration was seamless and easy, payment was under an hour after initial review. But you guys need to work on the bug associated with the login and also, i discovered that some lower andriod versions have issues with registration especially when it comes to registering your debit card. All in all...Their customer care has been top notch and quick to respond to complaints and queries.

I applied for a loan since Friday but the application kept saying Approval pending, I also tried calling the contact number, it rang but it was not picked. I sent two emails, but no reply. I also sent WhatsApp message but no reply. But I finally got a call on Monday about my challenges with the App. I hope your service will improve better.

even though their interest is low. why did this app find it so hard to acknowledge payment. ever since I paid I have been sending evidence of payment to all their various means of communications, via sms,calls,mails,WhatsApp.. up till now nothing has been done . and the money on the app keeps increasing.

The App goes blank ones you click on loan. But after attempting several times it effectual went through. On a good day the process is seamless.

This app is very easy access. The disbursement didn't take time. Keep it up. Are you doing great hope you credit my account immediately as you debited my account. Not tomorrow ooo and start counting from today. Thank for everything.

First time experience with them wasn't bad, but subsequent experiences contradict my first. The processing time and loan repayment clearance are appalling. I have paid since Saturday 6th and today is Friday 13th, my loan has not been cleared and it's accumulating additional fees.

I really would want them to approve my loan, the first one failed but I hope this time around it doesn't fail again. Other than this it was easy to register and the app is user friendly.

Easy to use and very reliable but Their payment confirmation and clearance is somehow poor.., Uptil now my loan has not bn cleared off and I got mail thar I will pay default charges while I didn't default..

I don't understand this app I've been trying to apply for a loan...they keep on rejecting my loan.... reason:( incomplete data retrieve)... and I complete all my information....if you approve my loan I'll come back to give you the 5star

This is highly disappointing & disheartening. I paid my my loan at due time, spoke with different agents of this company, shotscreen & submitted my proof of payment to all these agents. I even went ahead to do the same on their email(hello@arvofinance), chatted with their whatsapp number on the app, with no response. Yet, My debt was not cleared & it has started accruing interest. To my suprise this morning, April 28, they automatically deducted 8,996.72 from my account. This is fraud!

I gave 5 🌟 cause it's easy and prompt,interest rate is very low, though i defaulted some time ago and i was refused loan after i paid back, but this time i promise to keep to terms

The app is user friendly but I don't know what's wrong BVN request could not be validated is what i am getting and i am at the last phase of registeration. There's absolutely nothing wrong with my BVN. Kindly, work on this. The story has changed now its telling me you're not qualified for a loan at this moment.

The App is a very good one, the network is ok. Quick approval, and low interest. I love the App. Up Arvofinance .

I have had aweful experience on more than one occasion. First any loan you apply for on weekends or during holidays will not be approved till the next working day. Secondly, after making payment 9f your loan especially using ussd transfer, your payment will take days to be acknowledged or reflected on the app and you will be incurring default charges. My advice is to use card payment or auto debit when making debits.

Interest rate is fair, services ok, staff/customer care officials friendly. Only need to extend timeline for payment. Good job guys!!!

This app is still experiencing serious issues, it is showing that I owe but the repayment section shows that I have ₦0.00 to repay. I have been trying to repay since the due date and it has been showing the same thing. I complained to them via their chat channel but I did not receive any response or notification. Now the Paystack plugin is not even opening. I hope they will not charge me over due penalty after frustrating my every effort to pay the loan.

I have made payment for the past three days now, I have received mail confirming u guys have received the funds. But it was so appalling that up till now u guys are yet to clear the loan from the dashboard on the app,it still carried repay. Need u guys to clear asap. Thanks

The process was fair.but like other apps I take money,the full amount is disbursed but here,I received about N29,000.00 instead of N30,000.00. Secondly,other agency like fair money,there is room for extending the date of repayment if one could not meet up with the scheduled date.An extension fee is issued to the customer and when he pays...the new date will be given to him/her.I did not see all those things here.

Disbursed within minutes during working hours. My only issue is they start calling you first thing in the morning to make payments and then it will take forever for the dashboard to be cleared of the loan. Y'all need to work on that

This APP. is very good. An easy going APP. quick approval, and quick disbursement. the is one of the best APP I have ever used. I love Arvofinance

There are apps that are incompetent, but I have had a pleasant experience with this app in many aspects. Nice one

They are exceptional. Low interest rate. And quite friendly.

My unbiased recommendation is you don't have to think twice. Straight forward terms, fair rates and completely professional operation.

At first i was thinking this is a nice and easy loan platform, but till now i still cant get a loan its either because I'm not in a selected state or not enough data collected, and there's no place to edit your profile incase of new update... I'd rate the app better when I'm able to get the loan

Keeps saying please wait after phone number and password has been entered. So annoying honestly and this has been happening for months.

I don't understand why replayment keep increasing....How on Earth will you add up to 2k to the initial money I'm supposed to pay when it's not as if the payment is overdue
