For months now when I try to open this app, all I get is a message that says cannot connect to network, please try again later or something along those lines. Along with that problem, it would never show the pictures of the inmates on either the thumbnail or the page about them. This is overall a very terrible, broken app that should be redone from the ground up by someone who knows what they're doing.

So I deleted this app last year because it wasn't working and then decided to download it again hoping you'd worked out all the issues. Unfortunately my hopes were stomped into the ground because now NOTHING works. I open the app and a "network connection error" pop up appears. This is a useless application and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. This app was really cool about 2 years ago but it's like you guys just gave up on it. There for a long time the in app buttons were all stacked on top of each other but, you could see the inmate pictures. Now the in app buttons are perfect but, you can't see any pictures.... You guys really need to update this and fix the compatibility issues!

Every time I open the app, I get a message stating there is no network connection and to try again later. I will be deleting this app until it's fixed.

Now constantly says network connection unavailable no matter what I do. Checked hosts filem etc. Pure garbage

Photos don't load, and the app crashes. It used to be the greatest app in the world. Not even worth downloading these days.

Everytime i try to open it it says server unavailable! opening this app used to be part of my morning routine! now I can't even use it. please fix! I loved this app when it worked, it's been at least 3 months.

Was fine, then started getting slow and wouldn't show pictures. Now I'm uninstalling it because it always says there's no network connection. Good riddance.

Says the last arrest was this morning at 8am...highly doubt that's the last arrest. The update blurred the pictures. This app is becoming completely useless

App hasn't been able to connect to the network for months. Works on the new iPhone but not Samsung.

It's like the administrators simply gave up. This use to be an awesome app. It has since quit showing pictures. Now I can't even connect to it. "Network error. Please try again later." I know you're busy, but please get back at soon. Galaxy S5

This app used to work perfectly. The icons on the home screen started stacking up, but I ignored it. Now it no longer displays pictures. Useless!

Doesn't work at all on android and hasn't for a year. Really disappointed. Please delete this app as an option.

No longer connects. Have to repeatedly back out of text box just to exit the program. This was a great app years ago... now not even worth a download.

It use to be good, but it seems every time it updates it screws up and doesn't update, load pics, or even work at all. So it's good 30% of the time but it's definitely not reliable. UPDATE: new phone and still only works half the time. AGGRAVATING

Was ok now has no pics at all, keeps kicking me out or freezes up. Not happy.

I would suggest contacting the app creator about this turd. It worked fine early on. Images aren't loading and it crashes at random.

This used to be a great app. Now it is junk. Constantly says "Could not connect to network, try again later." The only reason I gave it one star is because I couldn't give it any less.

Pics no longer load and has become slow as heck. Won't work right on Note 4 Edge.

There's people that are claiming it freezes and that the pics are blurry but I haven't came across it yet app is good...fast and hasn't crashed so hopefully it stays that way...but hope that if there is bugs they can get fixed for people that are having these issues...

This app does not function at all and should be removed from the Google Play Store.

As you can guess from all the complaints here, this app does not work at all. Hopefully they will have someone fix it soon, because it does not work at all.

What the heck happened to this man it used to be one of my favorite apps now its just garbage!

Worked fine on SIII but plenty of issues on S5. Tiles overlap on home screen. Lots of freezing and load failures. Used to be a good app.
