Not so good as i hoped, it can be even more better, if developers will fix some bags! Now after updating It's not opening! It's written "no data found"🤐
Service is trash. I accidentally deleted the app and then needed to reinstall. Reinstalled and tried fingerprint which was working fine for 2months straight and didn't work, pincode didn't work said data error And I realized that I don't remember the password anymore. I called the bank 2times asking help, they said to text support chat who responded me after 2days and yet didn't help me at all. Kept on telling me the thing which wasn't working for me (saying it worked for them when they tried).
This app asks permission for microphone, camera, contacts and etc which it doesn't need. App works slowly, operations are too slow compared to other similar bank apps. Sometimes the app doesn't work and it loads too long.
Could not log in. Fingerprint did not work pin code didn't work. Deleted the app and reinstalled. All card info was lost. Asking for sms code for every transaction. So annoying. Working slow.
Not an interface friendly app, needs to be developed and upgraded, very old looking interface
The App is crashing after a successful login. Hopefully you will resolve this. This pandemic, we need to have this App.. Please, urgently resolve this issue.
Why the application asks for my personal data(access to my galary, and managing my phone calls)? Thats not how an app should work. I would give zero if i could.
I even can not enter the app. Asking passcode and just loading forever Better if you guys test the app before releasing

Awesome , reliable bank in Uzbekistan , I recommend this bank and this application than other bank like Hamkorbank . Could not work in 2 days , I have missed many things .

Every time getting disappointed more, cannot login, sms codes are not accepted, always refused with errors and with unknown problems which is inconvenient. Why do you update if after users cannot access to their profile? Then why doesn't accept codes sent by company? It's awkward, and always embarrassing! 2/10
