Can't even scroll through my task lists half the time. Refreshing just loads the tasks "above the fold" with no way to scroll beyond that. EDIT 2022: Still bad. New fun bugs like, setting the due date does not update the UI. I don't even mean across devices. I select a date, hit done, no change. What testing do you do for releasing? Seems like none.
I used this app for years for groceries and daily tasks, but a recent update (February 2022) broke the search feature. Tasks still exist, but it seems completely random whether or not they will be found in Search. When I posted in the support forums, they replied that "this feature hasn't yet been implemented for mobile," which is nonsense, considering I've been using it for 6+ years. Time to switch apps, unfortunately.
Very misleading view of what a free version is. Private projects are not listed in the pricing comparison. If you have a private project after the trial, you have to dig through the "add a pricing plan" and find your way to make the project public. You do have access and can continue to use free but it is a pain to figure out and feels like extortion until you find the small print path to access the data that you just spent time and energy bringing a team (or family) up to speed on how to use and enter.
This app is garbage. It is poorly designed, and not user friendly. Display is clunky, small, and has too many pointless options to click. This makes work even harder trying to understand this. It is quick responding though I will give it that
Nice interface, needs stability fixes. Portfolios crashes after linking projects. So far the best task management app I've found for balancing home/work/kids/school demands. Similar to Google tasks, but much more options. Similar to but not as specialized as Jira so good general life
Feels good so far. When the user has their font size larger than default, the font clips and the bottom of the text is missing. Will keep using with a normal font size set on phone and will see how it goes.
A superb app for small business task management. The free version is beyond incredible and very easy to use. Bug free.
Great app. Very helpful in keeping my works organize. Though I wish the calender could be closer to the Desktop version as its easier to view it that way.
Buggy but handy for personal use. Recently it keeps crashing when I go into the inbox. Only resolution is to clear the app cache and be sure to not select inbox ever again. Kind of broken.
Overall the app syncs with all primary productivity tools. It's very good as a team managment platform. Support team is very responsive.
I enjoy using asana both on desktop and mobile app for Android but the app is having issues. My tasks are appearing on days where they shouldn't but are fine when I check on the desktop version. This seems to be a bug or sync issue..
This was a good app until the search function started acting up, now it doesn't really serve any purpose to me. After many emails with support the problem hasn't been resolved.
Quick, easy and very functional. I run a multi-lawyer firm on it. It took no time at all to set up and to train the others.
Updated Android OS to the most recent. Crashing when trying to login with email =(. Have tried "turning it on and off again", aka deleting and redownloading.
Asana makes it easy to scale our business. The automations and workflows are robust and easy to build. We're big fans.
No user state preservation (I hide assignee, sort by due date, etc and it all reverts in less than a week). Tasks disappear. When I refresh after completing tasks, my recurring tasks for tomorrow are not there. When I archive tasks and refresh, they still appear. Incredibly unreliable.
Asana has worked great, but I now have two critical issues with it. First, the android app won't connect to the internet even though I have internet connection both in mobile data and over wifi. I've tried reinstalling and force stopping, but it's been doing this for several days now. Now I can't login after reinstalling with "No network" so the app is useless. Second, the mobile app no longer allows you to reorder columns in board view, even though the web and windows app version will do this.
Good app. It really help on my project. But to bad.. you didn't add the timeline feature. Welp, i guess i will stick with the web version.
Android app is broke. Need fixed yesterday. Update: Android app search feature still doesn't work. After 2 tickets to support the only reply I get it "try on a different browser". ANDROID APP
I only downloaded to be able to comment. Thier ads in android games freezes up all devices. Google wont let me block this ad. Thier ad has cost me in app purchases ($) in said game. Jerks.
App is ok. The widget however is horrible. It's useless. Shows only recently added tasks. What's the point of that?

Exceptional platform for organisation, planning, project structure and team collaboration. Most of my daily activity revolves around this software. A must for teams or individuals looking to take a grasp of their busy lives.
Hi Asana, Since 3 years, I'm using Asana for my work. This is really good app for personal/work purpose.I have an request to asana, please introduce a feature for note taking.
Don't get notifications however it is it set up to bring to your attention that a work request has been submitted. With many apps you want to block being messaged but the purpose of this app is, at least to our needs, is to be notified, a basic requirement, and it does not. Frustrating 🙁
App is reasonably good but needs a dark mode option (for both the app and widgets). If it had dark mode I'd rate it at five stars. Edit: The app has recently received dark mode, which is great. But the widget still does not. Edit: as of 2022-01-26 the dark mode widget is working!
It is good for time management, task list making. But the only issue is that it doesn't support list making or time management system for a Student. Please try to get one mode for students.
I really compared a lot of project management softwares, and this one is my free plan favorite! (Monday is my paid plan favorite).
Great for managing work tasks and messaging. Lots of options for various needs.
I love this app! But I wish the "free" plan had a bit more to offer. And apart from that, there should be a feature where all our important events (such as open evenings, or sports tryouts, etc) are on a calendar. Now I'm quite new to this app and stilll on trial but I love this. It's just need a bit more improvement on the calendar.
