The app doesn't actually go into the specific treating guidelines. It just addresses initial screening. The definitions section does not promote understanding of the older and newer terms ( how do CIN and the newer Bethesda terms relate to one another). Finally, the app does not attempt to clarify the rationale behind current treatment recommendations. It is half an app.
Most helpful app. I use it daily. You do need to have a good understanding of abnormal results and routine screening. This is a quick tool. Not designed to supercede your medical judgement. You should read everything that ASCCP has on their website to get into the finer details of management.
Great in general. But some of the algorithms get truncated by right side of screen.
This app is now outdated and they are selling an updated one. Should really have kept this one active, but I guess they want $10 fr us all again...
I use this app regularly and it is MOST HELPFUL during a busy clinic to get the quick answer. Thank you!!!!
App keeps hanging. Also not sure about the updates
great tool working with GYN onc
Used to be great, what happened?
Very useful information, I used several times a week.
So much easier than futzing with the algorithms!
New version does not take me to algorithms like the old version.. Instead to a non working link...probably will not use it
So thankful for this APP. Quick access for guidance. Thank you ASCCP!
Easy to use
I love this as a quick reference in clinic. Makes establishing appropriate follow-up easy.
Overall a great app to have with all the changes lately. I did notice however that it did lead me to the wrong recommendation one time. I indicated that the patient was pregnant and it gave me the non pregnant recommendations. So just be careful.
Great app, but need to change HPV status to High risk HPV status.
Great app, easy to have at hand when reviewing labs or talking to patients
Thank you so much!
it used to allow you to add subsequent testing for abnormal paps, but the latest upgrade doesn't do that. I really liked that I could do that as it would help me better follow the guidelines for abnormal paps and when to do a colpo. please bring that part back!
