This credit union needs improvements! I don't even want to give the one star. I've been waiting for my debit card since December of 2021. It is now March 31,2022 and I still have not received my debit card. This credit union can send me everything else in the mail,but can't send a debit card! This credit union will allow another customer to close an account they aren't even on. Credit union closes accounts without permission,don't mail you anything saying they are going to close it.
It's handy for keeping track of my accounts. The remote deposit is a great feature but sometimes it keeps spooling when trying to take a photo of the back of the check. I wait a long time and when it never finishes I have to back out and start the whole deposit process over again. I appreciate being able to tag transactions however I do not know of a way to search for specific ones and the similar transactions don't always show like they are supposed to.
My experience has largely been great! The only consistent criticism I have is that notifications (such as direct deposits) only come through to my phone after I have logged in to the app and can therefore already see the very thing the notification was telling me. But really, that's very minor. It functions extremely well and in my experience is well-maintained and updated.
Doesnt work after recent update. States 'problem on our end. Try again later' every time i try to login.
The new UI looks better but it has issues syncing up with accounts. First install, and first initial syncing seems to work. After that it won't sync. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work.
This app has alot of error messages and does not update well. The Bill pay and Remote deposit gives me most of the update issues. I've had to call the bank several times to make sure the deposit went through because the app doesn't recognize the deposit.
Old app was easy and simple. This new one is fine, but when was ASCU going to tell us to switch apps? It wasn't until I tried to login that it told me the old app was no longer used. I needed access right then and there, I shouldn't have had to wait for a new app to download and setup. This new app could have easily been an update pushed through the app store instead of a whole new app to manually download. Wasted quite a bit of my time on this.
Any external transfers set up through their app are visible by their reps as initiated through the external bank and cannot be cancelled. their app is completely a waste of time and money. There app functionality or lack there of had cause numerous errors.
When it works it's great. However much of the time I run into glitches and end up having to take the check to the bank. I wish the credit union would pay a bit more to get an app that really works consistently.
The old app was much better. When I try to check my new account balance it says "unable to sync. Try again" It is more complecated and does not clearly display my transaction history like the last verson.
Does not show proper balances for loan due dates. confusing billing.
Worse bank app ever.. You aren't allowed to make payments.. A bank app that can't process payments even within the same bank, can't add payees, They concentrated in making you able to see accounts from all your banks and that's it.. See balances is all you can do very disappointed.
Transaction descriptions aren't useful as written. Eliminate (or move) the word "withdrawal" to allow the user to see WHERE the withdrawal was from - which is all the user cares about - without having to click on each transaction.
This new app is terrible. Doesnt sync with whatever its trying to sync with. Error message everytime I log in. Debits/Credits wont update. zero stars.
this new app is not as good as the old app it locks me into one account I have multiple accounts at this Credit Union and I have to log out and change everything all the settings every single time I want to check my other account this is a big hassle
The last app this bank had was simpler than this one but at least the last one worked. This one gives an error when trying to sync accounts
Not robust-can't do most things I would like to do. Can deposit checks and transfer between linked accounts, but that is about all.
It works fairly well, but, is very finicky when accepting a check photo for mobile deposit. Normally need to retry at least twice before accepted.
Doesn't work smoothly and doesn't always work right not sure what problem is and usually it says when a check is pending now it doesn't even do that please fix
Can't get it to download after many attempts. Just spins around and around like its thinking. Obviously, no one is thinking judging by the reviews. It deserves 0 stars.
Great staff at the branch. App is easy to use.
App is constantly crashing, account updates are sometimes not accurate.
The app is OK, the bank staff are insufferable. I just opened an account, days later I'm going elsewhere.
This app is ass. Always having trouble logging in. Always having me reset my password. So annoying.
Easy to use but still having trouble connecting an additional account to make payments online.
It suck, you can't see all of your accounts. So you can't transfer money to them very easily
App is slow and doesn't process requests immediately, tendency of kicking user out midway through app usage
Remote check deposit sometimes incorrectly reads the amount of the check and makes you re-take the photo and retry multiple times.
Does everything you need a mobile bank app to do and hasn't crashed or had any issues at all yet in my experience
Every single time I try to sign in on my phone it takes multiple attempts with verification having to be repeated multiple times. I can not move from one function to another without the app experiencing an error and forcing me to continually re-authenticate. Worked just fine before the "fix". I will have to move my account if this isn't addressed promptly.
