The ASCVD 10y Risk Assessment algorithm presented here is the new "Pooled Cohort Risk Equations" from the Guideline on the Assessment of Cardiovascular Risk of the ACC/AHA. It calculates the 10-year primary risk of ASCVD (atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease) among patients without established cardiovascular disease who are between 40 and 79 years of age. You can also compute the traditional Framingham Risk, NCEP, Metabolic Syndrome, BMI, GFR, etc.

Very good and helpful app
Was looking for a mobile android app that did the same as the Omnibus (as it's called) calculator. This is it. I also like that it keeps open the calculated risk and the patient data so one can change a cholesterol number and recalculate risk ON THAT screen and see the improvement in risk that could be obtained with, for example, a lower cholesterol That said, would like it to a. not autofill numerical slots which require me to delete before entering patient data b. automatically open the numerical keyboard and not the text entry on my device c. not cost $1 when it's free on iPhone (I'm being petty, but WHY?)
Program won't run. Interferes with my WPS Office program. Unacceptable and now uninstalling the program.
I think that I am cheated and paid money for nothing
better than some. this at least allows mmol/l. where is triglyceride and ldl? are they not considered factors?
