With ASD Mobile, you can:

• Manage multiple accounts with ease! Quickly see the new message counts for each account at a glance.
• Login with your Mailbox, password, and a phone number ASD uses to contact you (like your Cell Phone Number or Home Phone Number)
Please note that this app will only work if you are a current ASD client. During login, you must enter your cell phone number that is uniquely associated with your contact on your ASD account. This is part of our enhanced security model.

App plays sounds over media instead of notifications. Update. There has been several Samsung updates to fix issues with different software. Nothing has fixed the notifications playing on the media volume instead of the notification volume. Very frustrating that have to turn the media volume before going to bed every night or worry about missing a message.
Every message they send is URGENT when it clearly is NOT. Worst answering service I have ever seen or dealt with. I STRONGLY stand by my REVIEW!!
The app itself is good. Sometimes the staff is the problem.
Company has a lot of turn around, inconsistencies and lack of communication among the companies

Tried to access it but do to my financial situation I can't use it but the way I'm going i will need it
Connectivity problems at work prevent me from using this at my desk but works just fine from home. update: app suddenly decided my password isn't valid. nothing to click on to get help with this. instead of helping me do my job its keeping me from doing my job.

Hate this update. Old was way better....this one is hard to read and keep things straight.
New update is not good. Back button pulls the side menu. Can't close the app without killing it. The appearance, mainly icons, are very generic. Looks like they went cheaper. Definitely a downgrade. Going back to the older version

I recently had an issuse with the app however it has been resolved it looked like we were being billed for the app but it is free. It was just a feature that we didnt opt out of called moblefh

I have this App on my phone and I have a Motorola Electrify. The sound does not work; anyone else have this issue??
When I open the application it is always blank, when I try and view certain types of calls it will show up blank often.
**Update** app was fixed. Company called me and addressed the issue and all is well!**Update** So it won't let me log in and gives me different characters when I do try to get in. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, even emailed you the problem. So I'm hoping this catches your attention and maybe fix the bug. It isn't just my phone, it is also happening to my co-workers as well. Please fix! Otherwise, it is a great app.
