I can't even verify my personal info because the camera button doesn't work. I clicked on it but nothing came out. I've tried to close and reopen the app repeatedly, but still, no result. Due to this, I can't make any lending transaction at all. I honestly don't know what's going on because my phone works fine in all other apps. Plus I've definitely allowed the app to access my camera tho. I hope someone can help me to solve this issue.

would've been great if such app is complemented with live chat support, I mean c'mon! other fintech apps have started to embedded the said feature, instead of relying solely on hotline call & email; also as a new user, I wish I had the explanation page or whatnot regarding Asetku’s funding options (Flexi, Regular, etc.), which will reassure us once we know the traits or descriptions for each options. Anyhow, keep up with your 100% TKB90 🙌🏼

The best p2p lending right now. The interest is higher than other p2p lending. to get the quota takes patience and special tricks. And getting points to a higher level is very difficult and can't be explained and calculated by yourself. there is a special rm that promised u to give souvenir but the souvenir has not been send. Should be concern about it. And there would be nice if u put a selection to continue lending but the interest withdraw automaticly.

I downloaded this app more than a month ago and uploaded pictures for verification. It's been almost 1 month and still not verified, every time I ask the customer service, they just say it's in process. So I can't do anything with this app even though I have had it for a month, I will uninstall it soon.

Ask for roll over principle and interest, they didnt do that. End up all money already back to my bank account since i dont know when, should have put it in other investment if they give notification. This is indeed bugs/ apps error. Difficult to get new fund slot to replace the old one. If you have time to fight for fund slot everyday, go for it, yet it will not guarantee you will always reserve the slot. If you want a reliable platform without fighting for slot, go found other.

Used to be a great p2p lending app. However they limit the quota (still okay since I still can manage to invest). However they deleted the 9 months and 1 year lending which have the highest return (yet they already lower the interest rate in april). Bring the long term back!

One star for now as recently the app cannot even load. Past review: I've been only lend never borrow. I think Asetku is one of the best of P2P lending out there! Never once miss a payment. Just one thing, I wish to be able to delete or mark 'as read' my notifications. Keep up the good work!

The app has simple and easy to navigate interface. I have lended four times and the money was transferred to my bank according to promised timeline. So far, I am very satisfied...

After maintenance and apps back to normal no more loan menu accept all lending??? So who is the borrower?

Used to like the app. Almost want to give 5 stars but recently Everytime I check the app, remaining quota is always "zero" and all of the product are always in "sold out" state, including at 10.00 am when the quota is supposed to be updated. Don't understand what have happen. Already try update the app but did not solve anything.

It's been too long for maintanance it's been six months for maintanance and I never got any news about the maintanace, from the app or the official group, and the group discussions never talk about maintanance but talk about stocks. What kind of official group is this?!?!?! Everytime some member asking about a maintanance update, the admin very rare to reply and there is no an official statement from CEO of Asetku too about the maintanance

Why my review always be removed? The newly update is removing the auto funding or stop auto funding button. Seems like this application wants to lock the lenders money.

Invest on this apps since 2019 already. But never got quota since 2021. If there is still have quota 15 second after quota resets still acceptable. But it is not. 10.00AM, page always failed to reload. When the page reloaded, the quota already running out. Tired to wasting my time every 10AM. So this is the time to move on. See you again when you able to have more quota for real users.

return is good. the disappointment comes from quota. 14 days to 1 month funding is always full. you need to be quite fast enough to fund on this app. otherwise uninstall is the best option. not suitable for slow internet user. cmon devs, find another way to fund, so that everyone can fund happily no matter how fast we are. for now this app is like a race between lenders 🤦‍♂️ flexy+ & advance tab now are gone. there's a time for every app to be left for good bec it's not good anymore 👎

I've invested in Asetku for more than a year and had great return (I'm a gold member). The downside is the quota of each investment is too low, almost impossible to get even at 10.05 it's already fully booked.

Tried using this app since July & until now I still can't do the verification. I already tried almost everyday within working hour. It said the bank owner name was wrong even it's exactly same with my bank account (I already following the capital letters & title). Hopefully you can fix the issue.

This is a very good app, easy to use, and so far so good experience. Good place to make your money works for you with stable income. But please add more limit for 15d and 22d period if possible because its like impossible to fund those period since its fully funded instantly everyday at 10am.

I have trust issue now bc of neverending maintenance.. i dont know what happened and I try to reduce my savings now.. Now feature autofunding is off and i can not withdraw my money

I can't to verified acount, apps always said number of account bank is not same with name of account. So i can't start invest in this app, please fix this bug. I have send email to your cs to solve this problem and i don't get any response from your team.

I can't login because the max. password on login page is 13 while max. password on change password page is 16, my password is 16 characters long. I know OTP is an option, but it's not convenient.

This program itself is so good. But idk which is the app or the quota limit that make us so difficult to make it happens. Please improve it! If that's the apps, let's make it developed, if that's the quota let's improve the sales on borrowing so the quota will be enough for the lender that always growing by the promo

Notification timestamp is bugged, too much notification, MARK ALL AS READ or DELETE ALL please. Continue investment is harder because server overload at 10am. Update the stock regularly instead of in 1 time to avoid overload, automatic continue also failed.

Many users haven't been able to invest for about a month (probably more). No official communication for why this is happening. Immediately lost all my trust for this app.

It kept saying my bank account number doesnt match my name, which in reality it does. Its so frustrating!! Asetku please fix this. I haven't been able to invest because of this problem.

Very low quota on investment products offered, some of the best products are actually quite hard to get, seems like a marketing strategy than a coincidence.
