Not very happy. I've been attempting to register my liquid glass for 3 weeks, this app will not recognize my phone in ANY mirror it seems - I have tried with several with different backgrounds and lighting. Very disappointed that l paid money for a product that needs to go through so many motions for coverage. The kid at the store PUT IT ON MY PHONE.. why do I need anything else?! Especially when it is THIS difficult. NOT HAPPY. I am very satisfied with the liquid glass but def not w/this app

Scam!!! They don't reimburse you, even when you qualify! My phone screen cracked less then a year after using this cell helmet stuff. I did everything right and was approved to be reimbursed, and for a month now they have been telling me that the "reimbursements are backlogged and my reimbursement has been delayed". Meanwhile I get interest charges for what I paid to repair my screen.

If I could give it a -5 stars, I would. This has been the worst experience of protection for my phone ever. I have the s21 ultra, and the company won't honor the warranty for my cracked screen. It provides little to no protection, and the application no longer showed my registration. I sat there for a hour through the tedious process of setting it up, and registration, and they didn't honor the agreement. Scam Alert ⚠️

Worthless!!I have used these before just from a different company and always had great success so I figured I'd go ahead and spend $34 so my phone is protected before I even leave the store. forward to less than a week later...the protector did not hold up to its promise. Claim got denied because I was never told I had to register anything. I only found out because I needed to repairs. So now I spent $34 on something that doesn't work nor do they hold up totheir guarantee. Zero stars!

The store employees sold me this when I already had insurance on my screen. They couldn't register it, and told me I had to register it the next day. When I tried, I found the trouble the employees had. I can't register it because my phone doesn't have the feature required to register it. To add insult to injury, I can't get my money back even though they sold me something I can't use. BURN! THIS IS A RIPOFF! Whatever you do, don't give them money, they won't give it back when it doesn't work

they charge 50.00 for this, I purchased 3 of them, and then they make it so hard to register it, the application was downloaded, but there are no instructions on where to go and what to do, I would return the products, but they were installed at the cricket shop. no customer support, they take your money and that is it, there is no warranty as they made it too hard for me to register and I do not know how to complete the task I tried and tried, the resolution they gave is harder to complete!

I contacted Asfalis re the difficulty I was having. They sent me a link to complete the warranty regis. It worked and I was able to complete the process. The mirror test took several tries but finally was successful. I still think it was a bit much to go through to activate the warranty on a cell phone screen protector but it is what it is and its completed. (orig. review with a one star rating: App won't download. Very frustrating!!! I can't even get to the mirror test.)

My recent experience is all bad! I'm not able to complete the test for the warranty, sent ONE email only to have it sent back with a message about it not working. They listed another email and that one doesnt work either. I just want it fixed or SOMETHING. If I had known I were going to have these issues ahead of time......I would've looked into something else.

had to register 3 different phones at once with this app. the mirror test was slightly annoying the first time, but if you hold your phone in 1 hand and steady your hand with the other, it's easy. may be an issue for people with shaky hands, and at that point you would need to ask for assistance from someone with steadier ones. otherwise, as long as you keep the phone within the (really clear) guide lines, it's fine.

First and foremost the sales rep didn't let the phone dry for 30 minutes!!! The sprint rep made this seem very easy and believable. I tried for DAYS to register my phone and couldn't get past the mirror test. 2 weeks later! The warranty does NOT cover scratches, which I was led to believe it would. I don't feel good about this ("warranty") buy one bit. I feel ripped off. The terms and conditions are very very unsatisfying. I'm concerned a regular glass protector won't work properly now..will it?

Frustrating as hell! When I bought my new phone, the people at Verizon went ahead and put on the screen (?) and told me I had to register it. What they didn't tell me is that I'd have to install an app that wanted permissions for everything and then would require me to find a clean mirror in my house and adjust my phone to just the correct angle so that it could take some sort of picture. That took more time than anything else because I have extremely shaky hands. I sure hope it's worth it.

Issue is Fixed!! Thank you! I can't even get passed the get started button. I get a message Oops! Something went wrong. I used this product on my last two phones with no issues. Now with this one I can't get the app to work. I don't remember having to use an app before. I hope the product works as well as it did before and I don't have any issues before I can get through the registration process! I have contacted them and am awaiting a response.

Terribly complicated process to register for warranty. The mirror test is such a pain. Also, you need to have a paper receipt to take a picture of. The app needs an option to add a picture or file from gallery. Hello? It's 202! I opted for e-receipts! Hopefully, the actual product (liquid screen protector) is reliable and I won't ever need to make a claim. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that my warranty wouldn't honored due some small print loophole that says I never registered correctly.

This is not working because it wants me to hold up the big screen to the mirror but my phone is a flip and the protection is in the outside glass screen not the inside. Im sorry I ever let them charge me 70.00 for this. 70.00n for this 1 in. By 2 in square. It's ridiculous

Takes a couple of minutes to setup, my phone has a few dead pixels that we're detected as imperfections so it wouldn't give me the warranty. Contacted support about it and in less than 5 minutes my warranty was activated.

Don't trust this app one bit. Asks for all sorts of permissions eg accessing contacts. Why? Tried to do the mirror test several times and it wouldn't work. I think it is just a scam to get your information and access your contacts for advertising. I deleted the permissions and deleted the app. I'm sure the EFM product is fine but I definitely don't trust this app.

Very difficult to use! Tried to register the warranty on a hugely overpriced screen protector, ($40, not $14.00 as i understood!) had to hold the phone facing a mirror, took forever and gave me error after error, finally tried to say my phone was damaged. Brand new phone straight from the carrier, sales agent applied the protector. Went straight home and tried it. Gave up. Not a good app. A grossly overpriced product. 1 star is way too much!

This is ridiculous!!!! It will not accept my IMEI #s it's a bunch of B.S. I thought I just put the PIN in on the bottom of the card and when I did it took me to another page, before I got off I figured I might want to read this page first........ Low N Behold you have to jump through 25 hoops just to get to the IMEI numbers and once I finally found them........... Doesn't even respond to the numbers being put in. This ISH is garbage and I've been sold SNAKE OIL !!! TAKE APP DOWN GOOGLE

Asking to allow access to make phone calls. Having to download an app and register for a warranty is enough of a red flag already.

As with everyone else on here, the mirror test will not work! Tried it on two different phones (yes bought two of these "screen protectors"), 4 different mirrors, multiple different lighting setups, nothing works! This app/product is nothing more than a scam and data harvest! Shame on Sprint for pushing this product! I'm certain that they are getting a kickback!

Edit: Company fixed app issue and was able to complete eventually. Still not a good look. Their product is probably a money scam. Yep. Got an "Oops something went wrong" message immediately, and this is the only way this dumb s*** company will let you register for the warranty that comes with the screen protector. So now I have 30 days to register my product with no way to do so, on an app that's been broken for more than 2 months it looks like.

Same as everyone else. The app doesn't work and then when you "skip the test" you are advised that you are not covered by the warranty. ☹️ I sent an email to "support" and received a standard auto reply. I tried to activate the product again tonight by attempting to complete the screen test and finally achieved a suitable screen test photo. It shouldn't be this difficult. God only knows how difficult the process to claim for a repair will be. I still don't rate this product.

The sales person failed to tell me it had to be registered! I wasted 39.99 plus the 294.85 it took me to fix my phone. what a freakin rip off. How do you guys sleep!

Instructions for the liquid glass were simple easy to understand. Followed the, for what I thought to be, step-by-step instructions, then let everything dry/cure overnight before buffing the next morning. No problem. A Sprint service person did the application on my previous phone, so, in addition to my self-do instructions, I really didn't see expectation of concern or difficulty. For a very well-seasoned senior citizen who doesn't have his phone device attached to his hip, I think I did quite well following the instructions. I have read some of the "negative" reviews and just don't understand other's problem. Besides, sometimes simple instructions are better. Thanks for listening/reading. Hope this helps. Straight forward and to the point. Hope to never need to use the warranty but if I do.... I hope it's as straight forward. Simple install a little weird doing the mirror test but only took 5 minutes total. start to finish to get it set up and complete the test. Hell of an idea and hope it does well for you! And me as well lol.

Negative stars. Try putting in two imei #s n go nowhere. Plus this is the 3rd one I've tried in the last 14 months and they all fail!

This is by far the most difficult app. I have ever tried to use!!! I have contacted the help desk on nearly every step and still have not completed installing the product warranty registration. This totally unsatisfactory. It makes me wonder if the product really works and what type of effort would be required to make a claim.

it does not work. I can't get past the color your screen test. it just processing for 30 minutes, had to just close the app. I spend $50 on this at sprint and I can't get the warranty to register. I want my money back. **I closed the app and reopened it and was able to get it to finally go thru.

This liquid screen protector sucks! cracked in 2 days& didn't get to register in time so was a waste. . Never again& don't recommend.

I didn't WANT to have to leave a bad review, but... I have to agree with what I read on most other reviews. This app is not great, nor can I even get it to work. Tried for several minutes at the mirror with no success. My arms are now tired from holding this phone up so long and trying to progress to the next screen. I tried using my other hand to make sure it was steady. No luck there. I just want to register the product for my phone. good grief
