Absolute garbage. The app crashes every time I attempt to open it. I've uninstalled multiple times. Very frustrating when this is tied to exercise incentive for work and it's not properly working to track gym check-ins.

Needs work! Continuously doesn't not log in...very frustrating when trying to workout and track! Seems to tell me a lot "no internet connection" or "log in info not correct". Update....still having issues as of 5-10-22... hasn't let me log in for awhile now 😞

This is the buggiest app I've ever seen. It recorded a workout and hit my goal and then when I ended my workout it just deleted the entire session. Not to mention this app is incapable of accurate time keeping which is insane because it's literally the stopwatch function on my phone. If my company didn't require me to use this thing I'd never download this garbage app.

App sucks! Signs you out for no reason, then doesn't allow you to sign back in with the same credentials you used when it signed you out the previous day. Terrible!

Downloaded the app. Does not display my ID number. App does not enable me to connect to a device to track activity as per instructions.

I'm supposed to be able to use this app to log steps, yet after several calls to customer service I am still unable to find this setting or feature. CS says my app is missing something, and also said I can call again this weekend, yet CS is only available M-F. After reading here that workout check-in is unreliable, I doubt this app will be useful to use for my health insurance reimbursement policy, even though this is the app my insurance wants me to use.

Junk it won't let me connect says I don't qualify. Then sends me to a page to select my program and it's blank so can't select my Viva Medicare program.

I have to use this app to track my workouts so I can get my gym membership reimbursed after 45 workouts. For the last 2 weeks non of my workouts are showing in my history even though I complete more than 30 minutes for each workout. I contacted support but got no response back.

I just started using the app, and it did successfully record my workout. I had the same issue that another user indicated, that is, that the timer doesn't keep correct time. I got a notification that I reached my 30-minute goal, but the timer indicated that I was at 22 minutes (in fact, I was over 30). Also, when setting up the account, my birthday is in the 70's, and I had to scroll back to the 70's month by month. That was frustrating. They need to allow the user to select or type in the year, not scroll month by month. Apart from those issues, it does seem to keep track effectively.

Doesn't recognize fitness center all the time,was told to uninstall and reinstall, still have issues. Doesn't record all visits where it counts. They show up for goals met, but not in the rewards section. Last month I should have 11, but shows only 9. A pain to uninstall and reinstall every time to see if that fixes the problem and it still doesn't work. Wish there was a better way. I guess I go back to paper copy, less hassle and not as frustrating, just have to wait longer.

I have tried using this for the past 10 days and it seems to work great. It syncs up with Active&Fit account. Make sure that you start and end your workout at the gym. One time I forgot to end it and tried to do it from home. That won't work as the app uses GPS to identify your location and gym. However, there was one workout that was recorded as over 2 hours and was "pending" for credit for 2 days. Then it became "no" credit. It was not clear why that one wound't count and there is no customer service to contact.

Does not function well. It almost feels like they tried to create an app to give people the most difficulties in getting a credit for working out. I worked out yesterday afternoon still says pending. last Friday I clicked end workout and it just went away and I couldn't get credit for that day. create a user friendly app that gives instantaneous credit. if the location detects you are there and you have completed the allotted time the point should be right away. People work too hard.

It kicked me out in the midst of a workout. I tried to log back in and it said couldn't find any in my area. After several attempts to "find a location" it showed up but said I needed to be closer to start a workout! HOW MUCH CLOSER DO YOU NEED TO BE?! I was standing in the gym...on an elliptical! Such a frustrating app! So far I have had to wrestle with the app every time I have tried to log in to get credit.

App doesnt work. I registered on the web. Then downloaded the app. Now when I try to sign in it just comes up to the user agreement. There is nothing to click to agree. Just the back arrow. Cant even sign in. I've slowly scrolled through the entire thing a dozen times. Thought maybe the button was on a timer but nope. Just not there.

Update: Functionality for finding fitness centers as returned, but I continue to experience occasional issues with the timer. Overall this app is a preferred alternative to the paper process otherwise required to get the exercise rewards. However, this comes at the risk that the app will occasionally not work and a paper/email process is still required to get credit for any exercise period performed. As of 9/21/2019 I am unable to see any fitness centers available to check in. 3 days ago I was able to check in to my fitness center without any issues.

i just downloaded and tried to register. It asks for date of birth in the first page, but the only way to enter it is to click on your birth date in a monthly calendar which starts on today's date...so if you're 40, you have to click back through 480 months. Are you serious??? I'm no app developer but surely it cant be this hard to program for better UI! I don't have time for this the ways it's currently configured.

I give this app zero stars. It almost never logs my workouts even though it says I met my goal. The few workouts I got it to work for this month all deleted randomly today. This app is useless garbage. Beyond frustrated.

Although I most certainly do, the app keeps telling me there's no Internet connection available. Thus, I am unable to use the app at all. I verified I do have a connection by using other apps.

Crashes often. Very laggy when trying to start a workout at my gym. As of today it's completely logged me out and the recovery efforts to get any of my credentials are horrible. Probably will lose money this month since I can't log workouts.

Garbage app. Fix your bugs! If you cant connect you lose my Fen credentials!!!!!! I will use the UA app I stead. Oh uninstalled!

TImer is not accurate. When the phone goes to sleep and is then reawakened, the timer does not show the accurate duration the phone was asleep. Literally just saw a notification on my lock screen congratulating me on achieving a 30 minute workout, but opened the app and saw 27 minutes on the timer. Had it happen again tonight, notification saying I had reached my 30 minute goal (which I had) and timer showed 15 minutes.

I installed this app so that I could link my connected device (smartwatch) to get incentive points. The Android app does not have the capability to connect a smartwatch, or link your Google fit account. The IOS app has the ability to do this, why in the world doesn't the Android version?! My SmartWatch can track my heartbeat, and my Google fit account can relay all of that information to this app. Add this functionality!

Horrible App. To register requires dob and there is no option to select the year, instead you have to use the calendar from the current day/year all the way back to the year you were born. That alone is signs of a poorly written app. Cycling 30+ years which would take about 5 minutes? No thanks. So update. I wasted my life changing it to the correct date only to be told it could not confirm my membership and told me to call the plan provider.

I registered for account online. Downloaded the app but can't login using same username and password. Tried registering on app and it can't verify my detail. Called customer care they have no idea what to do. 2/15/20: sent them a screenshot of error more than 10 days ago. I have yet to hear from them. 1 year later 2/15/2021 I have yet to hear back from support and I still can't login.

I does sync with the points on the website it does not sync with your Fitbit app and Fitbit that counts steps or any other their device you have that will sync with it that goes on your wrist in my opinion it needs these options then it would get 5 stars and it needs to sync with the points thing as well because when you login in after all that work and your points like on website and you can't even use the same username/password please fit this problems thank you

What a broken app, crashes, has problems finding locations, and logs out constantly. Even jumping through hoops of reseting passwords and user names the app will say its wrong. Then there goes another workout that doesn't count towards health insurance.

Horrible app - really MVP? this is the app you chose for us to earn our healthy rewards?? Or perhaps a ploy so that we cannot earn them?? I'm at the gym every day for over an hour and I'm lucky if the app gives me credit for 20 minutes. And like everyone else, it congratulated me for reaching my thirty minute goal (50 minutes into my workout) AND there was only like 17 minutes on the timer. One day it told me it couldn't connect because there was no internet connection - what difference does that make, it didn't need it the day before or the day after??? A BS app that needs some serious fixes!!

Please update your error messages to show you're the one that's having a problem. "No internet connection" is on your end, not my device. Edit: The issue does seem to be resolved now. Updating the star rating.
