I would like this App if it was like it was when I first started. I like it when it shows the amount in checking. Then each transaction that goes threw show the deduction from the amount money in there. That makes a lot more sense to do it that way. I wish you would change it.
the new update sucks I tryed logging in as directed and ended up getting lock out for using the new info and guide lines. I'm not happy with this switch! I didnt have issues with the last app... it doesnt work for me... I can imagine it's not just me
Nothing to do with the app, just the CU themselves. I got a debit card and the ATM took it my first time using it. They sent out a new card and said it would take 7-10 business days and I have still yet to receive it! NEW REVIEW AS OF 6-26-20: Black screen, that's all I get, terrible app!
Some work to set up. 9 steps. Interface seems more modern. Time will tell how effective and stable the app is.
The app works fine but when money is withdrawed from my account it should automatically update. It shouldn't take hours or days later before it updates
I've used the app for almost 4 years now. It's user friendly and smooth. Only downside would be load time occasionally.
Able to use biometric sign-in credentials. Able to quickly complete transfer of funds between accounts. Well organized app, will use often.
App seems to for the most part always be up and running only a few times it's been down but it was for their maintenance I've not had a problem one with the app
App sux, been a member 2 & 1/2 years, more problems with logging into the app then there's room to cite in this review. BLACK SCREEN 4 OVER A WEEK, can't check balance or maintain cards/accounts & customer service can't remedy the issue!
Great bank good app could be more eye appealing. Lol is ask me to rate them....again. stand exactly in the same space. Great bank great service but the app looks like my grampa made it.
Doesnt display pending transactions so OD fee is easy to forget if you rely on their system, besides that one of the best for CS support and customer care
Good app for looking at balances and transactions. Mobile deposit is the Achilles heel. It crashes the app when taking picture of check.
Still not as good as the older app. Older interface was better and faster.
Best team ever I have never walked in this bank I have had them for 13 years. But I always feel welcome and they always do thier very best to help me. What a bank!
Doesn't have a great layout for checking. I would prefer to use the website...if it was still the old setup.
The app appears to be a better format so far. You basically have to re-enroll as a new user so it will be a little frustrating at first.
App was great, but the latest update broke biometric scanning. Please fix!!!

doesn't work with galaxy tab A lite. says no connection to the internet even though i'm on wi-fi

this is THE WORST app I've experienced in life. it took 9 steps with ridiculous verification. by the way that process was buggy and kicked me out 3x and locked my account. it's just not worth the friggin hassle. it's horrible. they're more concerned about the fine print than user experience. it's slow, convoluted, and drains your battery. WHO HATES ME THIS MUCH???
