Update: This app is primarily for shopping. The MySynchrony app is for all things account holders need. Still, since account features are included in the shopping app, they should work. 1. Cannot open eStatement, have to go to the website to open it. 2. The Manage Account information is under the ...More button, which is counterintuitive and inconvenient. 3. Apparently only orders made on the app show under the Orders button. I purchased in-store, but the Orders button shows I have no orders.
I absolutely love Ashley....2 out of 2 living rooms, 2 out of 4 bedrooms (currently looking for bdrms 3 & 4) and the accent pieces 🥰. Amazing quality and look, I always get compliments when we have company. Though the app can be somewhat sketch and it doesn't keep me logged in or remember me, though I check it when I sign in..... so for that I've given only 4 stars 🌟 for the app.
App does nothing just has loading circle even after uninstalling and reinstalling brand new phone fully updated and all other apps and features work fine 0% not recommend 😑
Just because you want me to rate it when all I do is pay my bill. Aside from that, I can't even log in on the app. Uninstalling and installing the payment app instead.
I do like the Ashley store but my recent experience gives the app a big thumbs down 👎!! I ordered an item, paid, waited the FULL 6 wks to ship then called for eta and was NOW informed they didn't even deliver on my side of the coast. So...Cust Svce people are great, Ashley staff as well. Ummm app still needs work.
I like the app in general, but not that I have to go through several pages just to pay my bill each time, which is why I downloaded it. It forces me to put in my zip code to find my nearest store then go through sales pages or advertisements before I can get to the bill pay. The ads or shopping announcements also tend to cover the services buttons at the bottom. Annoying. I wish there was a separate app for customer service only.
Poor experience and slow. Page transitions are choppy. Favorite button doesn't work. Page loads are slow on wifi. Prices don't match in store, so you're never going to be sure if this is the best deal. Only upside is the app won't over promise and under-deliver (literally). It shows out of stock; sales reps will tell you it ships in 6 weeks to get the commission when it's really 6 months. Poor consumer shopping experience overall. Still better than the store.
You cannot edit cart once you are ready to checkout without going back screen by screen instead of jumping to screen you'd like to edit or just updating your cart. It's a pain. I do like the ease of adding items and viewing them in room. Another area to improve would be seeing what designer recommends for items. This on the web, but not on the app.
I've been trying to order a mattress for a month. It gives me a confirmation number and charges my card then when I go back to check on it a week later in the app it says order failed. I finally ended up ordering the same mattress from Amazon for a cheaper price.
I have been trying to make a purchase with My Ashley card both through the app and the website and it just keeps crashing on me, so I can't make the purchase. Not a great way to keep customers
Only gives you 25 items no matter what you search. Also, couldn't check out. Kept getting error message to try again later. I'm wondering if really associated with the Ashley store.
Almost every review on here is bad amd says the app is garbage. So I will only use to look at items I will order directly from store instead of this app. Thanks everyone for the heads up
If your items are shipped by fedex it will get there in a timely manner. If your ordering furniture expect them to keep delaying your order for months. I had to cancel mine because I was living without sofas for months.
I placed an order, it shows on the app as processed but when I call Ashley it doesn't appear in the system. bad!
App won't open. Keeps telling me to update in the Google Play Store, but no updates are available to download from Play Store.
The only thing i enjoy about the app is that i can make my payments through it. I tried to make a purchase and when it did not go through i was told you can't make purchases through the app because of some issues they have (but wont fix). I then had a pending charge that apparently no one could get rid of... it has finally been taken care of but took way too long. I will now only make purchases with cash in store because that was ridiculous..
This app is pretty bad. No matter my search I always only get 25 items back regardless of how many items the filters have. It's sad since I can't truly see what is available. I downloaded the app to make this easier for me since I do quite like their selections. But since the app will be of no use as I can't see what is available I will be deleting. Hopefully they fix and the app can be useful to find products.
this app won't even load once downloaded. I would like to just manage my account but never even get a home screen..
Easy to use app. Nice photos. But online (laptop) offers more filters to narrow down item selection. For instance, I want a recliner for my 90 y.o. dad. Online I can filter by fabric and seat size but not on the app. Otherwise great selection at nice prices and the store is huge.
This app is terrible. I will never order from Ashley again! By ordering through this app, no one from their call centers is on the same page and everyone gives me a different update on the status of my order. They've pushed my delivery date back 3 wks twice now! Such terrible customer service and scheduling. Their app does not connect to their warehouse system so when you schedule a date, they pick a different one that works from them without telling you and it will not be updated in the app.
I can't get into the app. It keeps telling me, I need to update and when you click on update it doesn't do anything. I'll just go to another store!
This App is very easy to use and to find all your infomation about your billing. You can also find some great deals on all they have to offer. If you sign up for the 10% off useing your email and if you dont see that they took the 10% off your first purchase, call them and they will adjust your bill.
The app asked for three permissions to use the "view in home" feature. I gave access to my camera but denied permission to access my existing photos and my location. The app then never stops loading. I only downloaded the app to use that feature. Deleting app since it does not work. I'm using android. Note 8.
I'd like to be able to select multiple options at once, to compare microfiber, faux leather and leather, for instance. I think this would make this app user friendly, but due to lack thereof, this app is nigh pointless compared to the website.
Disappointed that I finally found what I was looking for and they had a good price with great reviews. I was ready to purchase but kept getting an error stating they don't ship to the US? There is a store 9 miles away, so not sure why I would get that message. So I gave the app a try again a week later and now I don't get that error but can't move beyond the shipping page. I can't imagine how much revenue is lost to these types of errors.
First time user. Offered 10%off but when logged into my account, items that were okayed now "not elligible" for promo. Bait and switch feature. I'll try them thus once and see how it all goes $199 for delivery is pretty steep. Also, employee said when calling store that policy rewuires you to come in to buy. Unable to order over phone and have delivered. Explained was handicaped and was told no other option. Sounds fishy.
Terrible! The only reason it got a 1 was I couldn't give it a zero! Every time I try to log in my password doesn't work and I have to reset, then I have to reenter my personal info, can't see my account balance. One of the worst apps ever. Only thing that works is if you want to spend money!
For placing orders, the app is fine but do not try using the delivery tracking feature because it uses your associated phone number...when entering that, all you get is "We can not find that order number". When entering the actual order number, it says "Thus is not a valid phone number" or, something to that effect. I had to call to find out where my order was. I still have no clue as to where it is or, the expected delivery date.
Downloaded the app for ease of ordering and because the website wouldnt let me Use the promo code that is literally listed on the set I want to buy. Strike 1. However it won't let me add any furniture to The cart on the app. Tried multiple times with multiple pieces of furniture. Strike 2. I'll go ahead and call it a fail and move on to a new store. I'll spend my Stimmy money elsewhere 🤑
The app is really only usable if you know exactly what you're looking for, or using for in-store price comparisons. Searches and viewing 'all' in a category only shows the first 25 items and no ability to move to the next page. Just use the website instead.
