My vehicle is moving and it is still showing that it is idle, for nearly 3 days and it is not updating properly. The loading takes nearly 2 days to complete otherwise you can stop that loading . UI part is useless and data is not coming from backend at proper instance. I have a tata vehicle and their gps is just awesome, they give update perfectly. This app should take some lessons and advice from TATA MOTORS FLEET EDGE app about how to give users a perfect locating app and other details.

So poor accuracy, it is just waste of money . Ashok leyland unnecessary charge for ialeart and show that it is free service for customer.but they add cost in vehicle's value and we are using trimble device and service level is so satisfy.

Should opt for other competitors GPS app rather than going for iAlert, it's waste of time and many as this apps gets struck every hours and showing all incorrect data

This app needs to be improved in many areas and here are few suggestions. 1.Real time data is not matching with the app details. eg: Fuel level and the odometer reading mismatch with the actual distances. 2.Sometimes the app details are not refreshing and shows the same details for many hours, sometimes 2-3 days. If asked, the AL or TVS people dont have much knowledge about it. 3. App hangs when you're requesting details more than a day. Is this app a demo version or something!? Thanks !!!

I have been using this App from past two months, also it's updated till now, & till 5days back everything was going right. But from 28th July 2020 one of the vehicle stopped showing Live Data and got disconnected. So I raised the Ticket on 29th July 2020, but till today there is no response from tech assist. I even tried calling those 2 nos, but the call was not picked. And now another vehicle is also going in same way from 30 July 2020. Kindly do the needfull as earlist.

Nice app very usefull if it works properly usually it works ok but some day it troubles a lot. little bit customization required in both mobile app and web app Refresh button on the web app is not reqired it shoud refresh the window by default every min more such things to be implemented.

Doesn't open properly, Not user friendly, difficulty in navigation, can't edit settings, doesn't update profile information. Does just GPS of the vehicle. Useless to pay 8k/- for this GPS. PLZ USE 3RD PARTY GPS.

App is great but once your 2 year plan which comes free of cost with new vehicle expires you have to pay RS6000/- for 1 vehicle per year to renew subscription. You would buy new GPS with that with a yearly subscription of just 1800 which I am using on other.Really the price isn't justified. Ashok Leyland should lower the price of it.

I alert has stopped their bs4 device renewal service from May 2022 it's not good with their customers because customers has paid device price along with vehicle so customers is not happy this I alert decision. Where to go customers for device?why this policy change for customers

This app is overall very good for a woner. But the problem is, the summary of a trip (down of trace) is not visible at all time. When i open it the screen is stopped. Plz shut out my problem

Last version really good and easy to access.. New update is little bit disappointed. And also finger print recognition is too slow, can't even access.

Meter box inside the vehicle is not good. Always in hanging position.... 1 or 2 hours of hanging of meter box
