Asht Agent Application is for the cable collection agent. In this Application both cable and internet customers can be manage. This app also has separate handling for the prepaid and postpaid customers.
This application also connects with a handy Bluetooth printer that’s paired to the mobile application for generating the printed receipt.

• Listing of the assigned customers. Search option available based on the customer name.
• Ticket management: From application tickets can be easily raised and status can be update.
• Customer Account management : From App Agent will have clear details of the customer accounts i.e. billing details for post paid or available recharge for prepaid.
• Payment Mode – Cash, Cheque , POS are available for payments.
• Customer profile management: Customer name, email, phone and Address can be update easily.
• Customer Documents: Customer’s profile photo, subscription form, documents can be easily capture/store in system with single click.
