App doesn't load, keep saying there is no connection. Try wifi and mobile network, same issue. Only happen since the last update.
One of the worst app and support. Want to retrieve username or reset password still need irrelevant information that does not allow user to proceed.
1. Can't check availability of award flights if you don't have the required miles. This is necessary because you can transfer miles in from other programs but can't transfer back. 2. Crashes often. Especially when trying to access My Account. 3. When making a booking, doesn't remember username and password even though box is checked. No fingerprint option
Truly terrible app. It's so darn hard to even login, always telling me that my password incorrect and if u enter the password wrong multiple times u have to reset. the time I've managed to log on is cos I've created a new password and when login expires I have to start the whole process again. I've only ever managed to successfully log on via computer with out hassle. The app itself has a terrible interface.
Useless. Installed, cant log in because it keeps saying I need Chrome or Firefox. I use a Samsung phone with Chrome factory-installed. Keeps issuing the same message even after making Chrome the default app for web browsing. If the purpose of the app is to make use frustrating so that people do not claim their benefits in this way, you have succeeded. Congrats.
Buggy as hell. Frequently refuses to load at all.
When accidently close chat, no way back to previous chat, without repeating the whole conversation and keyboard prompt hide the chat window
App keeps freezing. Bring back the original Asia Miles app back!

the app to claim missing miles doesnt show up all the destinations when choosing air canada and displays only domestic destinations. they forgot air Canada flies internationally to Hong Kong! please fix the broken app
The app is always not responding, saying there is a server error. Basically I encounter problem every single day! No improvement is observed at all. Can't believe a big company like Cathay would roll out such a rubbish app.
App completely freezes every time I try to check My Account/points, or find flights, which is frustrating as those are the 2 main reasons I use the app.
As bad as your airline, app keeps frozen on samsung device.
It locked me into some kind of Samsung shopping promotion loop. I'd expect nothing less from this app. It's never been easy to use.
Keep auto exit when trying to access any menu
I did not manage to start the app yet. It tells me I don't have internet connection. I tried it with Wi-Fi and 4G. The internet clearly is working. Please fix this issue, thanks.
The app for claiming swiss airlines does not have destinations besides a few in Europe making it obsolete to claims miles from any Asia country. This is a major flaw.
Stupid app. U could not really reclaim your miles since u will never be able to complete the form on the app. The selection is not complete.
I could able to access asiamiles UI through PC browser(chrome). With the same login details i could not able to login in mobile app. This app have a bug
Good app but still found bugs and still disappointed with carrier surcharge for redeeming miles. Look at Singapore Krisflyer that doesn't do fuel surcharge. You get money from miles already so why are you still asking fuel surcharge?
Unusable! Asked to log in via Chrome app or via social media. And those options don't work either. Bad bad bad
Latest update turned the app into rubbish. Biometric login is removed! Even password login failed! I don't want any social login WTH.
Both Asia Mies and chrome app are latest version and downloaded from play store, but when I tried to log in the app always ask me to download the chrome or firefox.
super long loading time, especially the Wellness page. I have to restart the app 90% of the time in order for the wellness page to load.
