This used to be a good app but now it's so loaded with ads it keeps freezing and crashing

I have done recharge from one of my bank accounts for the 50 coins. The recharge is done, money is transferred, but no coins in my account. I have mailed a complaint to, but no answer to that either. Either you refund my money , either you provide me the coins. I have also received the confirmation receipt from Google of the money transferred. This is really shame .
