Premium Acct Still Seeing Ads. I've paid for a premium account but I still get ads. I really love the service but, if paying isn't actually going to remove ads, you might as well just watch for free. They're making money off of you anyway.

Seem to have a good selection. Freezes. Doesn't continue where I left off,goes back to episode 1 and restarts programwhenever I try to fast-forward. Not straightforward on how to build a collection.

The only problem with this app is the auto-rotating. Everytime I would barely move my phone it would switch back and forth to full screen. Please add a screen lock option, other than that, the app is great.

I actually loved the app but every time I try to log in on my laptop it doesn't work yet when I use the EXACT SAME information for my phone it lets me in just fine (same app on both devices) yet only can log in on my phone. Even when I'm logged in on my phone it continues to log me back out so I have to log in EVERY time I use the app. Too much going on wish I could give half a star!!! I've sent email looked up how to get help and still nothing App is deleted. Makes no sense for all this. TRASH!

Almost impossible to watch anything (especially movies) since the app will play so much of the movie (probably not even 20 minutes) before either restarting the whole thing or taking you to a different movie to watch. Either way it'd be nice if the bugs were fixed and yet I didn't have much of an issue of watching a few movies on the website (at least you watch the whole movie, without being forced to start the movie over or having the app play a completely different movie for you next)...

I love that there's many choices especially in Asian horror. My issue is that I subscribed through my Roku device and it was ad free for 2weeks and then started showing ads again and it wasn't time to renew my subscription yet so I cancelled. I then tried to subscribe through the app o my phone and it allowed me to create an account but kept giving me an error message when I tried upgrading to premium. It's very frustrating.

I enjoyed the selection as there were shows and movies I have wanted to watch, but no other service had. Unfortunately, I am still getting ads on videos even after I paid for premium. I am still on the 30 day trial, but it sucks that there are still ads on my shows and movies. I think I would enjoy the app a lot more if this was fixed. I paid for premium so I should get premium.

They say to try the premium version free for the first month, but I couldn't even get it to sign me up. Got signed up through Roku, paid for the free month AND the second month, never heard back from the developers, and now three weeks in, I have ads again. No point in contacting the developers - they didn't answer my first 3 emails, I'm not going to bother with a 4th.

I love the content this app has but there needs to be an improvement to the design. You can make watchlists but they don't show the title of the list. All the lists show is a random screengrab from a random show or movie on your list so you have no idea which list you're adding things to. I'd like to be able to have one list for movies and one for shows at least. It also doesn't keep track of where you are in a show or movie well. It's worth the $5 a month but please update the app.

I'd give you a minus-2 but it's not allowed. No matter what I do, I can't complete the registration & pay for a year. That's stupid! ( Not even in the cases where you accept all the input. I get stopped right where YOU say, " would you rather take it slow? Then it says" click here for a free or account! & Erases all my data! As far as I can tell, the registration, is a big goose egg! I presume it might be something to do w/ a line that says something about a pro code. I never got one.

I appreciate the content but the app needs a lot of work. Basic things like having the ability to add an entire series to a playlist rather than individual episodes. Also, why is there no option to disable the videos that automatically start when I open the app. Seems basic to me so I hope somebody addresses it.

Absolutely horrible. I am 100% okay with watching ads during a show. I have to do so with Crunchyroll. But the ads either always freeze or the count continues past when it was supposed to stop (I watched 6 ads when I was only supposed to watch 4). Which means I have to go out and reopen, then scroll to the point I was at every freaking time I get to ads in a video. That is seriously irritating. Now I understand why this app's rating are so low. Uninstalling. There are much better apps out there.

This app is known for many ads which is why I didn't like it when I went to their website to watch a show but I downloaded the app and it was actually wayy better. I practically get no ads and I don't have premium. So that's really amazing I've watched 2 movies with no ads only with pauses that I think there are supposed to be ads playing but they never do and quickly continue with the movie. So really enjoy the app!

Since when did you get half hour commercials? Your trident advertising doesn't stop. And there's no way to watch till its done. So should I leave it running for 3 days? It's too much

i only watch this because drama fever closed down. The ADS Are driving me insane!! the same annoying music every ad! and if I accidently back out or skip the episode I'm on it restarts and I have to watch 2 more ads then I fast forward it to where I was and have to watch the Same 4 ads. It's so Annoying!! I just watched the same ads 10times in less than 5mins!!!

This app is amazing because it has all kinds of Asian drama and it is so amazing how interesting the shows and movie are the only thing I don't like about it is that the ads are kind of annoying.

I LOVE this app omgomgomg Americans are TERRIBLE at making horror movies so whenever I'm in the mood for a horror movie it HAS to be asian! I mean even the American remakes are trash. Netflix and hulu never have any new asian horror/suspense and I've already seen all the ones they have. For people complaining about ads.. you really cant just pay 4.99 a month? That's literally nothing. If you're not contributing they still need to make money from other sources to keep the site up, as well as running an app, translation for subtitles, making sure they have a wide range of movies and such to choose from. Of course you're getting ads, the ads give them revenue since you're watching their movies for free. Netflix and hulu could NEVER. 💅🏻 Thank you so much for making this website❤ theres so many great choices and many different genres and you can even filter it by region. I signed up for the free trial but honestly.. I think I might keep it because its hassle free and easy to use.

Havent even watched anything, and it already sucks platform wise. I cant use any of the top bar options like casting, search or what i can only assume is your favorites and saved content. The buttons are under my dropdown. I cant click on them at all. I dont know if this app just wasnt thought out for phones with notches. Unless i want to watch something on the main page solely on my phone its useless.

As good and fascinating as the movies are That's how bad this app is. I tried to watch a movie at which point the commercial started playing on my phone. Not the TV I'd successfully cast to. And after the ads were over the movie did not play. When I pushed the button again to start it up The ad started again. Removed instantly.

Theres this weird issue where the app would keep restarting my phone if I accidentally flip to full screen. I do REALLY like app, i enjoy the movies and tv shows, but the amount of ads ruin the best moments. I would like if theres only 2 ads, not 3 or 5 ads (I dont have a problem with ads, only if they'renot playing every 20 mins), a bigger change to the video player for more options, and a bug fix the cause the app to crash and restart my phone. I'll change my review if the app updates.

Way worse than tv..They couldnt pay me enough to subscribe to this service..Poor program, glitches out the wazoo, 2 mins of ads every 4-5 mins of show..if you're looking for an app to raise your blood pressure and anxiety levels to stroke and heart attack stage this is the one for you! But the fb page is good..I can at least find out names of movies and shows that I want to watch on a more developed and maintained app...

EDITED - OK after the first few tries and restarting my phone. I can watch videos now. I gave 3 stars to stay in the middle. I'll try it out for a while and update my review.

It keeps freezing and then shuts down. I started a movie and about 4 minutes in it just kept starting over with the ads. It showed 1 of 4 the froze. Then went blank. Then I reopened app and it would play a bit of the ads again from the beginning of the 1 of 4. Cant even get back to the movie I want to see.

I'm pretty sure when I first subscribed, I read that there was no way to cancel your subscription. You will have to email them to cancel it. Deleted the app and never used it since the first day of the trial. Emailed 2x to cancel and got no reply back. Sure enough, I was charged and now the site conveniently have an option for me to cancel manually after I was already charged.

It's good and it has alot of good k-dramas but the thing I'm really pissed off about if the ads. Youtube,Netflix no other stuff have that many ads and no skip. YouTube have ads but they have skip and when it's not skip they are short. But 30 SECONDS AND NO SKIP. YALL ARE CRAZY. Yall need to fix that. Like seriously add a skip button or make the ads 15 seconds or shorter. But no hate because the app is actually good overall.Its just the ads. And then they come over and over again without a break

Hello. this seems like a great app. unfortunately for me. because the search snd option button is so far in the top left of my screen. my phone just keeps acting as if im pulling down my phones settings (such as wifi, data, flashlight, bluetooth). so being on an Android i cant search anything. if someone could look into this, that would be grest. thank you.

I am a paid subscriber. I have it on my phone and 2 TVs. Two things I dont like about app on my samsung phone. I selection for casting they are to close. Cannot select my tv and I still get ads on my phone but not my tv. Also for tvapp, i would like to make a suggestion. When come back to finish watching a show. Can you please allow to where you see the last episode you watched before. It shows that on the phone app. Can you put the episode number on the thumbnail. Thanks

Too many advertisements. I have gotten over 20 30 second ads in one movie. Most of the time they come as 3-4 in a row of the same advertisement. Can't watch 2 minutes without getting 2 minutes of ads. And their selection of movies and dramas doesn't seem worth it most of the time.

U never contacted me why? I asked multiple times sent referenced issues with password garbage is it to fraud the paying customer You give false and misleading information as to correct the subscription issues and the activation site does not provide the steps to cure. Paused then canceled after 3 month waiting. My recondition is DO NOT SUBSCIBE TO THIS APP. Even with my screenshot of my information and password the clowns just could not make it right.

Cool app... For those who have an issue cancelling premium subscription, you can still use the email. I personally used the website email(twice) and the app email(once) if you log in to your account then click on usernameIt is a black colored website. You can click subscriptions and find the order number. Give the order number in your cancellation email. I received that my free trail was cancelled successfully before the end of it. Do it as early as posdible as i did it around 7 days in advance.
