I was all excited for a quicker and easier way to submit claims than myFBMC, but the app wont let me select the PDF I created, which is under the file size limit, and says the path cant be found. I used the same file on the ASI website with no problems though. Frustrating!
I have accessed the system via the desktop version many times but when I downloaded the app it will not accept my username that I use for the desktop and it does not give me the option to create an account through the app. And when I attempted to obtain my username it references a pin at the bottom of a statement which I do not have a statement and told me to call an 800 number. Uninstalling this app. Why create an app if you can't access it like you do the desktop version!! That's just dumb!!
Not even sure if you can make an app that works this badly. I keep hoping for an upgrade but 2 years counting... Lost hope. If i took a time machine to 1990 and made an app it would still look more modern than this gem.
Needs capability to upload PDFs that contain one to several pages. Otherwise, I love the app! Take photo and attach in app with the appropriate charge. No completing additional forms to submit with the claim. So easy!!
You are supposed to be able to use PDF files to submit for documentation, and I can on the desktop, but the app refuses to allow you to access them. This lack of consistency is quite annoying since I am not always able to use my computer.
Won't let you upload a PDF file. Requirements say file must be a PDF or common image file but won't let you select a PDF. Makes submitting a receipt via the app much harder than it needs to be. Just like everything ASIFlex does.
currently on the second install. its still not working correct. it keeps telling the session has timed out. I cleared the cookies and still nothing...timed out. login again.
Ridiculous. Now I am not given the option to submit documentation. This was so easy before, but now it’s a waste if I can’t submit every piece of documentation!! This is horrible!!!
The app doesn't accept 16 or higher pseudo random passwords for login credentials. Their website handles them just fine.
As soon as I log in and click on user details, it says that I have timed out. Login again and same thing happens. Useless app.
stupid app says it uploads documents and gives you a successful submission, but it doesn't actually upload and then tech support tells you to fix it yourself.
Logins with correct password not successful, good customer service suggested uninstalling and reinstalling to remove cookies. Works like a dream now.
Loaded the app for this, but it does not appear with my other apps. To open & login, I have to go to play store & access app from there.
I log in just fine, then click on file a claim and it says my log in has timed out. Log back in, click file a claim and it says my log in has timed out. I stopped there, I'll just do it through the browser.
My Galaxy S9 with all updates can't even install this app. I have never had this issue with any other app.
sucks. wont save username or password. cant send a message to ask questions. reading their messages is like reading through a keyhole
It is helpful, but would be nice if it would allow uploading of PDF documents like on the website.
I being able to quickly file a claim from my phone. Please add the ability to upload a PDF from the mobile app.
1 word, terrible. I can log in all day online but the app will not except the exact same credentials.
i cannot check my status, claims, or any other details without being logged out and having to sign in again.
App is a little clunky. Company offers bad customer service. App doesn't utilize pdf. Secure messaging is a joke.
This app's authentication needs an update. Passwords are old skool. Biometrics are here!
App use to work great, but now just clocks.
I like the security. I also like the snap a picture of the doctor bill and hit send. Thank you.
When I went to unfinished claims, it was just a blank gray screen and I couldnt snap pictures of my documentation like I was supposed to

This app is not user-friendly whatsoever. But that is to be expected when looking at their general customer service.
Will not allow me to log in, I've checked my username password case sensitivity and it still will not allow me to log in what do I need to do
Can't get past the login, no other settings to allow me to correct problem, sucks.
It worked in the sense it let me upload a photo but I am very concerned that the last update was over a year ago. It would be wise to bring it up to 2020 standards, including the latest biometric API supporting fingerprint and facial authentication. This handles medical info so being updated, at least every six months, would instill more confidence.
