Great app. I got a quick and effective feedback from specialist. The feedback was very detailed . I decided to cancel the subscription after a one month use. The team was quick in sending a confirmation within 2 minutes of my request to the customer care mail. Use it if you are in need for a quick health related feedback. You won't be disappointed :)

Crashes when i try to pay via PayPal... no further info. It spontaneously exited when i clicked "Report a problem." It somehow turned on OneTouch through Paypal, which is maybe normal but maybe a bit sketchy. The web site is just as unreliable. Scared me away.

App doesnt have a subscription cancel. Have to email customer support to cancel billing. Dialing the phone number for customer support gets you a voicemail during weekdays. They continually charge even though in email they claim cancellation has happened.

The app will not open. It constantly closes when I try to open it. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, force stopped, turned off my phone. It just doesnt work anymore and it's a paid for service

This is most probably a scam app. I had downloaded the app and asked qiestion to a specialist. I had also made the required payment. However, even after 2 days i did not recieve any update about my query. Stop fooling people. I tried another app - DocApp. They were able to respond with 15 minutes.

The overall treatment was good sound advice if I already didn't have the treatment the doctor suggested. I suggest putting a reminder to the patient, what course of action has been taken already. Sometimes we don't explain what we have done already or don't remember to.

I received 4 emails, each a few minutes after the other saying that if I downloaded the app I could ask a question for free, instead before I could even ask a question I got hit with a monthly subscription paywall before I could even ask my question, 90% sure this is probably some kind of scam at this point

This app does not assist you. its kind of a scam. those the creators of the app service to help cancel things was good. my subscription was canceled. dont use this but if you do , they can cancel for you

Have been trying to cancel this apps subscrption for over a month now. Been charged 40 bucks now after emailing asking to cancel still no response. Now i emailed agian and my email says that the email adress listed ot wont send to

it's not as great as you make out it to be can't download my recent email address it kept saying it's invalid but I still use this email address every other day. Plus it's on my computer too.

Good response time. Yet they keep charging you and when you go to sign back in the app doesn't let you and says this email isn't registered when you're already paying for it

Never can get into account. Need to cancel. Oh but wait. Must get into account to do this. Vicious circle. And they get my money to do nothing because my account is inaccessible.

SCAM!!!! This app will not let you cancel your subscription/service - the contact information is invalid and they continually charge your account every month until the credit card company has to be called to block this merchant. Terrible service.

Cannot cancel subscription, no customer care team to help with cancellation. Email and phone numbers listed are both disconnected. Doctors don't even respond to consultation requests. Complete ripoff.

I absolutely love using this app, I have received lots of helpful advice that doesn't require me to go to urgent care unless necessary. This app is great for general questions and for helpful medical advice.

Do not waste your money and time here. It's just a money Laundering app. I have paid the amount 1week ago along with my query but no one has responded yet. If app developer wants to reply on assistance please refund me the amount, I have taken care of the problem and no further assist needed

You sent an email saying I'd get a free question, thank you for wasting my time. Don't download this app, from a computer science perspective it's very outdated.

After uninstalling the app they are still charging me every month. Tried few times to do it through the website and it crashes. Waste of money

No indication that I would be prompted to pay with a credit card or PayPal until after writing my symptoms, recent medic history of which I was enquiring, and uploaded pictures.

This is a scam! Customer service email and phone does not exist! DO NOT use this app! I had to cancel my credit card!

Literally a ripp off didnt answer my question and when I emailed to get a refund it said email doesn't exist and when i called they said i couldn't get a refund smh dont download app it's a scam !!! Edit they are still taking money out of my card had to literly cancel my card smh

I forgot my password, so I put in my email address to receive a temporary password. When I went back to the site, there was no place to put the new password. It just brings you back to the same sign-in window that asks "forgot your password?". Then round and round you go.

This was the most disappointing site I've ever paid for. I'm wondering if these people are actual doctors. I did research and answered my own questions since I couldn't get any straight answers on here. VERY UNHAPPY!!

After downloading this app, I can't login in. Have gotten different passwords but still can't.. help
