I love this device and app so much but it has its moments where it frustrates me and I can't figure shed out but thank God it has those contacts support help phone number anyways I'm a pretty smart person and I figured out on my own after a couple hours but that just seems like a waste of time other than that I love the Alexa echo.Amazon echo.so much and I'm very proud and happy to have it
This app was helpful, but a part of it didn't work. We tried to update our location and it wouldn't update.

Have tried to download Alexa app. It says it's installed but is not anywhere to be found.
So far it works pretty good but I have trouble connecting other devices to it.

After changing the password for my wifi, I had hoped this would help me connect my Alexa dot to my Wi-Fi but it's not working
" I don't think I have got that" she most of time says that or when I ask her to wake me up or remind me of doing something she doesn't.. 😳 Why is that or what should I do? I read all instructions but saw no mistake I have done.
