app is not working, we can't login, every time, we try to enter mobile number, message comes that something is wrong. We can't book appointments, everytime error is coming . Even we can't connect through whatsapp chat. On clicking number, error message come that whatsapp not installed. On sending mail, mails are not going for complaint, feedback etc.

Utterly bad experience. Placed an order, apparently the meds were out of stock. The shop keeper hung up on me, telling me to cancel the order from the app itself. However, there's no cancellation option in the app. Called customer care. Was told to call another number because the executive didn't know anything. The 'other' number kept on ringing. Meanwhile I have neither meds nor refund. Nice scam so far.

Extremely bad experience. Sheer negligence and lack of empathy for customers. App experience is also bad. No customer support. I tried ordering medicines. I made the payment but the order was not registered in the app. Tried contacting customer support and all I got was false assurances. I even tried contacting the appmasters on their email and yet no support was present. It has been five days and I almost have zero hopes on getting a refund or any kind of support.

Order always gets stuck after succesful payment. To add to that, they have a non existent support team to attend to you. I have faced multiple issues with payments and tried contacting them via email, phone, app and did not receive any reply. Edit on 27/04 I have sent a mail with the details to the said mail id but haven't heard back.

I had order some medicine through your app on 28.03.2020 at 9:49AM. The total amount was paid via Paytm. At 16:14PM, I received a sms stating unable to provide service. Then I checked the app where I saw order was cancelled from your end. But, after cancellation, I have not got yet any refund from your end. Promptly, I sent a message to your customer care through App message service. But, that message is not yet answered. In your app there should be order history with transaction detail.

Worst service..I have ordered some essential things through this app . But I am not sure about my order confirmation... I haven't received any confirmation mail or sms... It's showing that " order received not initialized to branch) what does it mean??? Even there is no cancellation option... What's wrong with you people?? Even can't able to contact with you.. now they r saying they dnt have stock..wow.If you are operating an app then you should do it properly.. i m not gonna receive any item..

If there was zero star option I would rather prefer to give that. It's not even user friendly app. I ordered health care products from this app and my money got deducted. No trace of where that order is placed. No confirmation from Apollo's side. When contacting via phone, call doesn't get placed. Worst than ever imagined.

There some issue with how the app handles login for existing users. I was already registered with apollo with my current contact number. Once I login using otp I'm taken to the user details screen, where it shows the already registered info including my email id. Now it's the correct email id but when I try to save the details, it just bugs out with error - signup with the email id you used to register at apollo. I don't know what they used, and I can't change it. I've given up and uninstalled.

Unable to edit an error in my Apollo profile - and it seems I'm stuck for lifetime with the error! The AskApollo app doesn't allow me to edit the profile (name etc) citing security reasons, and says "Contact your nearest Apollo Hospital to edit these details". But when I went to Apollo Hospitals to get the details corrected, they had absolutely no clue how to do that - and said it can not be corrected. So am I stuck for life with the erroneous name in my profile? This is absolutely ridiculous!

Very bad , fraud app. They take the order and don't deliver. They cancel the order without buyer's consent. Then immense harassment for the buyer to get back the refund for the paid amount. I have requested them over phone number and through email provided by them repeatedly. But there's no result.

I am not sure whether the app is in sync with the hospital. Today it was the third time when I had booked an appointment through app and the doctor was not available. It's about respecting patients time. There's no prior intimation from the hospital about the schedule, even after doctor has already informed that he is unavailable or his schedule. Better call and book appointment. The app is no good for booking appointments.

I don't usually write a review unless it's really good or really bad. Unfortunately, it's the later. I booked a video appointment with a doctor . The initial booking was good, but then the doctor never appeared. I contacted IT to provide an email contact for doctor, no response. Then, I asked for full refund as stated on the website but again no response. I tried WhatsApp and few emails but again no response. So the promise for full refund is not kept at all and service is disappointing.

Not able to login. No response while booking appointment. After you book your appointment by some other means you get a message from ask apollo that the appointment is booked without any means to cancel it because you still cant log in. So you end up with multiple appointments for the same doctor at the same time.

I received an incomplete order (that too after waiting for a long time) but got a call that the refund would be credited as one of the item was not available. Since February I'm waiting for my refund but neither I have received that nor reply to my mails. It's useless to order from the app, prefer going directly to the apollo stores.

The first time I used the app things were fine. The second time I booked a voice call consultation and got no call from the doctor. I got an email later saying it was because my case sheet wasn't filled but I'd been trying to fill that since I booked the consultation but both of the app and the website on desktop it isn't getting submitted.

Cheater apollo. Ordered medicines from this app because of emergency and paid the amount through card. Biggest mistake ever. They cancelled the order and didnt initiate refund. I lost 700rs because of this. Helpline number unreachable and facebook and Instagram team just keep repeating that some official will reach out to me. It's now more than 2 weeks, no refund. No official called me. I have reached out multiple times. Also sent an email to their help desk. No use. Absolutely pathetic

Not a user friendly app and is not responding for any of the query. Useless app. Not to be suggested to anyone. It is not even unable to locate the user and even login is not possible. Error message is frequently appearing.

Very good application. Very much user friendly and easy. Everything at a one stop. From taking appointment , to getting your reports everything is covered. Best for people who want to save time insted of standing in line.

Worst experience. I have taken appointment for my wife in this app and paid the money. The appointment was scheduled and we received message about appointment confirmation. The doctor haven't contacted us. We also tried reaching the contact support and provided details, it's been 3 weeks and no response. They just grab our money and doctors won't even care to call.

FRAUD APP: i have booked an appointment through this app and paid the consultation fee. I didn't get a call from the doctor at the time of the appointment. And after calling the customer care for more than 10 times over a week's time,. I didn't get any response and refund for the money paid. No response on query raised on app and through an email as well. I thought Apollo is a reliable brand. This virtual consultation does not have proper setup and any customer support. Do not loose your money

Pathetic. It's performance is just sluggish and it took 2 hrs to place order and when I checkout the order my cart was empty. It keeps popping there was some problem. Why the hell the app has been made if it hassle you more than ease out.

Hate it. There is no mention of when the order will be delivered. No mention of which store for self pick up. More over you can't even cancel a order after literally 2mins of placing it. Why shouldn't I have the right to cancel my order without know when it will be delivered. Pathetic.

Post update, quite a terrible user experience. App is sluggish and crashes too often. Too many 'Null' values returned, weird for such a product. Need to work up a lot. Probably, doesn't address user need (at least mine).
