It gives you answers to questions similar to the topic you asked, not a specific response. Answers are likewise very general. Not a total waste, but could be better.

Someone asked me a legal question. I'm not an attorney. I was able to show them how to get a general answer without having to provide a lot of private information to a stranger. I also shared with them how to save a lot of money when speaking with a law firm. Life is full of issues. Why should you have to jump through hoops "on line" without knowing who's really giving you the advice? Is the "on line attorney" really licensed to practice. They wanted more info from a trusted source. Now they just call their very own law firm. Peace of mind. We're both happy.
