It is like it is not telling me the truth. So why have the app.

Couldn't claim my points because the store kept saying coming soon. And now it's completely gone!!!!! Waste of months in saving up points for nothing
As soon as I asked it my lights and everything went off when I deleted the app everything came back

Never read the responses in the ball anyway, just tapped away untill I reached my max points then was done. Points gone - app gone.
I asked it if it was stupid and it said yes. It said that I don't have a sis and I do.
