This app is completely useless. It asks to not use it for emergencies. Then after selecting 'none of the above' you end up in a page where it asks if you have new or ongoing medical issues with no way to answer the question. So, stuck in circle. Useless, useless, useless.
I found booking an appointment simple to use! However, what I find annoying is that my children have to have separate accounts and that they all need to be different email addresses! I preferred the app I used to use before where I could have 1 account that also had my children on
Overall clear and easy to use. Only prpblem is YOU CANT GO BACK A PAGE TO CORRECT SOMETHING! very annoying. You have to go all the way to the beginning. Also typing is formated in a way where its all one long long line so you cant write a neat paragraph.
I hate this app. I wish it wasn't the only way to get a callback from my gp surgery during the day - although lately it just tells me it can't connect to them. I hate olivia and I wish she wasn't there, I have muted her but I still have to wait for her to finish 'speaking' before I can continue which is slow and irritating. The app never understands my symptoms so I have to put something inaccurate in before it gets remotely close to what I mean, and even then it's often incorrect. Save yourself some time and just call 111 instead.
Booked a physio appointment. Didn't provide the address of the practice or even a contact number. Then waited for a confirmation email and nothing arrived. Would not use again. Ever.
Feeling rough, wondering what action to take, not wanting to struggle with contacting a GP (it was 1am) unless I needed to, this App helped. Answered the questions, obtained a diagnosis, it suggested some things I could do, but recommended contacting my GP. It offered to make the contact, said I would be called within 3 working hours and the phone rang at 10am with a Dr from my GP practice on the phone asking for further details and proposing a course of action ... what could have been more time efficient for everyone. Perfect use of technology.
Handy, definitely works better than hanging on the phone for hours. The 'real life', out of sync, talking avatar is creepy though. A voice over would be more than enough
Great experience. I waited on the phone for 45 mins to be told no appointments were left and to try tomorrow. I managed to get a telephone appointment for tomorrow morning from this app.
This is incredibly difficult to use. Nothing relevant came up as an option and I ended up having to spend around half an hr to speak to a receptionist to explain this...All to make a simple appointment.
Useful app and booked a telephone appointment without having to phone which takes a very long time.
Very easy to book and manage appointments. No phone calls and waiting time. More options are required for booking like Diabetic Review etc.
A fantastic user friendly service that takes the stress out endlessly calling my GP's line in an attempt to get through.
Great apart from being a little confused when Audio access is requested. The screen goes blank apart from the pulsing logo which doesn't help.
Quick and easy, although I phoned the GP and waited 30 minutes on hold, only to be told to use the symptom checker which now tells me that I need to speak to a clinician!
Annoying, patronising and ultimately there isn't an appointment to be had anyway. Use the telephone. It's quicker and simpler.
Useless- just collects and sells your data. The app doesn't actually do anything or add any value that you can't do through a browser. It doesn't show my appointments, doesn't let me contact anyone or request anything, and Olivia (the virtual assistant) is slow, useless, and pretty patronizing. Unfortunately, without a lot of added functionality, this is not the answer to the NHS "digital revolution".
Pretty useful and helping me get in contact with my GP but the AI lady is horrible. I understand you need the voice for those hard of hearing but her appearance is incredibly uncanny and off-putting and I don't see why she's there. I don't think it adds a "human touch" as intended and almost made me leave the app! That aside the app serves a purpose well.
Easy to use app. When first downloaded, couldn't book any appointments but OK now.

I was concerned when I saw all the bad reviews. Answering a few questions allowed me to book a GP appointment much quicker than calling the GP (usually 30 min wait time). Finally
So quick and easy to use and more importantly much more efficient way to get an appointment.
Could you make the voice optional. Many of us are happy to read
An easy to use service. I injured my foot in a fall and used this to determine what my course of action should be. While it is slightly slow and sometimes crashes, the basis of it works and I got my answer. The questions were at times a little bit sketchy, but that was primarily because the question answer I was looking for was detailed in a later question. Would rate higher if it was less janky and worked a little better.
I had to reinstall the app. It wouldn't let me log in, when asking to reset the password, it says they've sent a resetting email. It's been more than a day and I still haven't got the reset email, not even in spam/junk folder. I have done it several times now, they don't send a reset email at all.
Worst app ever! I registered and can't login, I thought I had the wrong password even tried doing password recovery over 20 times. No email sent! Utterly useless app.
First time used this app. Lots of questions and the conculsion is to see the clinician however the virtual assistant couldnt make appointment and gave me option to call 111, connect to my GP or go back to main menu... So what's the point of using it if it cannot make appointments. My surgery ask you first to use the app so anyway now I have to try to call them tomorrow and if im lucky i will get through.
The app does not work. I am not able to book an appointment, it keeps telling me to try again later and it is frustrating as the telephone receptionist keep tell you to book on the app. It shows the available appointments but the bookings dont go through.
