Unresponsive. Always loading
Assalamu alaikum, the app is very useful. But on the front page, where we get our existing chat. If we refresh this page or come to it again in some way, same message repeat more times as we refresh. Like I have a message, when I refresh it will show it 2 times, if again three times and so on. It may be due to not clearing the existing things before loading and updating the messages. Thank You
Please use password encryption. Please don't store password as text. People usually use same password for all website, so it's not good to save thier password in database, it could be hacked easily. Also please provide option for delete account, deactivated is good option. But delete option is also necessary thing.
Have been trying all day to un-install and re-install then log in, but the app crashes after the correct password is put in. Please help, this only happens after the latest update.
Why location is mandatory for sign-up when you are clearly using a drop down to get country? It just discourages people to use the app. Location permission should pop-up when the location is actually required for some feature and user should be told why this is necessary. Otherwise it seems very fishy why would you be collecting this data. Even big social media giants don't have such compulsion for sign up. Please fix this.
Lot of options dosent works... there is lot of scope for improvement. Very good concept and a great platform to clarify doubts and learn things.
Although its is THE MOST HELPFUL APP EVER, it has alot of problem which can be solved as it takes really long time to open and it crashed in Android and dont work properly.
Excellent application, but recently having a lot of problems like: can't write a message, application freezing again and again, and many more.
I have created an account yet I still am unable to login, it keeps saying check your login credentials when I already have multiple times and have deleted and re installed the app. I really have no idea what to do now.
Its a very helpful and informative app but there is a problem in the chat option, whenever I ask a question in the chat, the chat keeps replicating itself. Please remove this bug.
Excellent concept, we can contact Alim of our choice and clarify any religious doubt. It is very helpful and by Allah's grace all the Alims I have got in touch with, have been very prompt in their response. Allah bless the people behind this App!
Alhumdulillah this app has been a tremendous help on my spiritual journey. It's easy to use. The developers try to improve the app regularly and slowly more and more scholars are becoming available for questions on this app. May Allah bless your efforts!

The new update makes the app really easy to navigate and I am so thankful for this app. I am now able to directly ask questions to trusted scholars whenever I feel like it I would definitely recommend this app!
It hangs tooo much and the typing lags kindly pay heed to this Also, the message is by itself diverted to some other scholar rather than the one we chose to ask our question I installed it yesterday and it is hanging toooooo much
Just a suggestion: Can you please make the text from the questions/answers copy-able....A lot of links are posted in the answers and its trouble to copy text from that.

There is always scope for better app but still it is good. But it deserves the 5 stars for the purpose. How much ever i thank the entire team (development + alim) its not enough. Where the current society is becoming more ignorant because of the free flowing information without any authencity this medium safeguards the Imaan of the shia. Thank you
This app is perfect for learning Islamic Sciences by conferencing directly with the scholars. However some minor changes are required.
Whenever i copy paste my question and send it to multiple Alims so that anyone of them could answer it whenever they're online or free but it keeps saying "Repeated Qs bot" and due to which none of my questions have been answered yet , kindly fix it.
Plzzz.. The app is crashing in redmi 8A...and also network problem occurs.. Anf i can't send my question to any scholar.. A red cross like this❌ is shown.. Please.. Have some bug fixes and major update.. After all this app is good... And the Amr of ahlulbayt a.m.s as imam reza a.s said.. You're giving lives to amr of ahlulbayt a.m.s by making this app...
Aslam o Alaikum This app was first good But recently I have asked question from an scholar they give me answer in voice but whenever I open that it show that it is corrupted And cannot play Kindly check this issue
I registered but not able to login , it just keep showing logging you in. From past 3 days the app is trying to log in.
A great app and a great initiative. If you are feeling hesitation in asking a question face to face, you can just simply use this app to ask any islamic questions.
Very good initiative. Still there are some tiny problems that need fixing.
The app is good but when I ask someone a question it shows up like 10 times in my inbox and sometimes when I ask someone something it redirects it to the scholar RepeatedQs_Bot who never responds
Really bad app i doesnt allow me to login it always says username incorrect really bad it always says username incorrect i have clicked the image of bismillah then also it doesnt allow me to login

This app is not working properly. When i send message to maulana like Maulana Nusrat Bukhari Sahab then for some time it will show me that the message has sent to Maulana Nusrat Bukhari Sahab but when i open this app later it will show that the message has sent to other Maulana like Maulana Sayed Adeel Raza etc. I only give 5 stars because it is very helpful and easy to use but you have to fix these type of bugs, problem, etc.
