Good effort,however, the app needs lot of improvements. Meezan Bank app can be referred for that. At least give an option to make one account of your choice as default account if more than one accounts are linked so that on login or while making transactions the default account appears first. Its needs much improvement. In the account statement section, any particular transaction cannot be opened up and cannot see it individually as in HBL. There should be also mention of Account opening and closing balance of the selected Time period. Scrolling of the beneficiary should be vertically rather than horizontal. Nick names option should be available for the beneficiaries.
Bad User experience. - The horizontal scroll is very annoying. - The receipt generated after transaction does not contain amount which is very basic to have. - No way to see which utility bill is due and what is the due date.
There are alot of glitches in this application. Sometimes while transferring funds a dialogue box appears as an error "no title found" but there is no space provided for title. Please resolve this issue.
The app has irritating issues. It gets stuck always, unable to process any request. Seems like no one is interested to resolve the long faced issues despite has already been highlighted by people in reviews.
Although the app is good, but sometimes you have to scroll the long lists just to find a beneficiary or a name of service. UI needs to be improved.
The new look and feel is a refreshing change however the UX for lists is horrendous. Take the Payee/Beneficiary list for example, it requires you to scroll horizontally which makes it a pain for huge lists. Scrolling width-wise instead of length-wise restricts the field of view. You can only see 2 or 3 entries at any time; scrolling at higher than usual speed it's a hit-or-miss most of the time. This UX design is used in multiple places for lists and feels like gesture and cognitive overload.
I Like this app more than any other banking app. Because it's much faster than others more options for payment also easy-to-use.
It has improved a lot with this new interface introduced a few months ago... But it still needs the following features to make the experience more user-friendly: 1. When adding a new beneficiary, a search box should be there to search desired beneficiary bank - currently, it is swiping left and right through a huge list to find the desired bank. 2. Statement time period should be increased, so the customer can view their statement for any length of time.
Password does not take more than 8 characters and the previous version had 10 so how do you expect one to log in using the old password. True there might be some glitches as is the case in all mobile apps but not to be able to log in, in the first instance is something frustrating. Prior launching, the app must be tested and reviewed to be verified for errors henceforth being avoided to be ridiculed in public !!!! Regards
Absolute worst experience, is there a way to give them less than one star? Unresponsive, slow and glitchy... Why do they even bother to be here!!
Over the years this app has developed into stable and reliable one. I use it for bill payments and bank transactions. Keep it up
Pathetic. Everytime I try to transfer funds it gives me errors. When I called customer service they just have me the wrong answer to resolve this issue. Seems like askari has hired an incompetent staff now. Really disappointed
I have been using old version of app for quite some time without any problem. Suddenly they revised with no option to use older version. This app is not allowing me to log in. You log in and receive pin code and after putting that pin it sends you msg that you have successfully logged in but you don't see any thing on your phone.. II used the same app on iPad where it is working fine. After contacting Askari support the glitch is gone. It's working fine on my Android phone also.
Third class service and worst app, not able to open the app after so many attempts, online complaints don't get resolved.
Overall good but failed to complete my registration on RAAST. Lodged complaint twice but no response from developer to resolve the issue.
Such a bad experience! Your app isn't working properly. The is not even let me register or log in into the account 😒
Overall the app is good. But it get slow usually, even if the network connection is working fine, it gets stuck to the loading pop up and it's quite irritating while any transaction or any other task.
Nearly perfect but the CREDIT CARD INTERFACE REALLY NEED ACBL TECH GUYS ATTENTION ... Your previous interface was very detailed. I could identify my outstanding balance etc very easily. New update although gives an insight about credit card statement but the important details about outstanding balances is missing... Please bring it back as well.. overall it's a good app.
So irritating 😠😠😠😠 whenever I try to transfer to an already added bank account. It displays title not found.
App after searching bill no, e.g. From mobile payment selects the wrong no. For example my search bill no is first one in search list and I select it, then it selects the first one without filtered one not the one which i intended after search. This can cause loss if we don't notice on later screens. Please update logic to handle searched bill no... Thanks...
They have improved the app by updating the UI and the app flow. Its quite awesome now. Two way authentication while login is a bit annoying, it wasn't part of previous version so I request you to remove that step OR ask the user to set a static authentication code (just like ATM Card PIN) that user can update from the account settings later if required.
After the latest update of Askari Mobile App im not able to get the 4 digits code which i used to recieve earlier through sms and email after i enter my login id and password Please help in this regard as it bother me for my app security.
Since its last update the app is not working properly. Niether the funds are transferred nor any other bills are being processed. It keeps u waiting for long by displaying Loading please wait and then it crashes...the app is not working at all
After the upgrade the application has improved. One thing is to be noted. Previously after every online transaction I used to get an email confirmation. Now I get email confirmation on login and get the pin number. However no email is received for the details of the transaction. The latter used to be a useful feature for record purposes. Please look into it. Thank you.
This app is not work on my device Huawei honor 4c and not any update shown at playstore. Kindly provide upgrade version for my device.
AOA, developer team. Overall usage experience is good, but i have two points for making this app far better than now. One is to add an option for getting the snapshot / screenshot of successful transaction message which is displayed containing the transaction info and id. Other issued i.e. horizontal scrolling is already discussed by many users, it must be replaced with vertical one. Hope that you will consider these two in next version for better UX.
