Sorry but this is garbage. App shuts down in the middle of consultations. Finally got to the end and guess what? shut down. Open back up to check recent consultation- nothing there. Couldnt sign up on the app either and had to use the website.
I do not want this app on my phone. It keeps showing up, somehow, despite the fact that I have never downloaded it and never wanted it and never used it. I have flagged this app as spam and I hope my complaint will be taken seriously.
I never asked for it I have never used it. It only takes away from my prepaid plan . I was ot informed of many useless apps intil I paid for phone and plan and store activated it. Not good business.
It crashes a lot. And their customer service representatives sounds like robots. Couldn't even answer a simple question.

Can't sign up... Even reinstalled and still can't. Just says something went wrong and to try again but get same message. Dissapointed because my friend had good things to say
"Sorry, something went wrong." Yeah, it was when you created this stupid app that doesn't work and preinstalled it on this stupid phone that doesn't work.
The app works. You have to sign up at their actual website first. Then, you can log into the mobile app. Scroll down to the bottom of their playstore page and click on "Visit Website." And from there, you can sign up. 1,000,000 thumbs up please. 😁
Have not been able to sign up. Very mad
Got as far as trying to sign up, which it won't let me do. Closed it and started again several times. Tried a bunch of different passwords, and always made sure they were the same, but nope. This app refuses to let me sign up. So I'm deleting it.
