Waste of time
App makes no sense; when you add a vehicle it does not show the engine size, and the rate vs estimated time is way off; even the estimated time is out of whack. 4, 6, and 8 cylinder cars can not be estimated for the same repair time. Times need to be more accurate, and the ability to change the rate and part prices. With this app you'll either overcharge your customers, and in some cases you'll lose money with this apps estimates.
Everybody that has been having the "access denied" issue, well I came up with a way to get around it till maybe one day they will finally fix it for us. All you have to do is sign out of the app then sign back in and just pick up right where you left off, quick and painless annoying yes but the app really helps my small business that i am building from scratch. Hope this helps, again sign out then back in that's it. I found that when ever you close the app and come back to it a day or even hours later just go ahead and do the sign out then sign in thing and your good to go till next time you open the app.
It worked for a long time now telling me access denied and I have nobody to contact and find out what's going on.
Keeps saying access denied. When it did work I liked it now it's leaving me stranded.
It's great I use it to help me charge my customers it's better then paying $100. A month for a similar service
Worked great now says inviald every time and the hrs are way off compared to book time. Deleting the app
I downloaded this app to see what it would cost for installation of new from hub and wheel bearing assembly on 04 olds. Alero and only gives option for rear. GARBAGE...

Got my password in user name in looking for input vehicle and service than it freezes up. Useless.
I was able to get 1 repair estimate then it crashed on my second try. I would use if it worked correctly.
Had this app for a good while now always work somewhat fairly good all of a sudden it starts giving me access denied so I'm done with it
The labor times are very inaccurate, for many jobs. Parts selections and job selections are very limited.
Great app. But now I receive an Access Denied message.
It used to work quite well now I am denied access uninstalled and then installed still doesn't work it looks like it's no longer free and you have to give them a credit card number
I own a auto shop and use this app to figure out what to charge my customers for labor time on their cars and trucks and love the app and how easy it is to use but some of the repairs are not listed and it makes it hard to get labor times. Maybe yall can look into this?
I have a small business and this app helps me keep up with the bigger auto shops around with out ripping me or my customer off thank you so much it's a great app nice to see
The app is GREAT! Its all there, does exsactly what its supposed to. Only thing i notice wrong is that it says Dealer's Coast and Shop's Coast...instead of COST. Typo??

It would be excellent if it worked for the following states: CT NH RI ME VT (new england area). The app needs an update. Also, "Dealer Coasts" and "Shop Coasts". It needs to be "Costs"

Labour time is way off
No longer concerned about being charged fairly for repairs. No more calling other shops, friends or family to check on prices or look for reliable services. The service feels like having your own team of vehicle repair experts on stand by!!!
