Until a week ago, I would have given this app 5 stars. My phone decided to stop remembering my password on Sunday. I've tried numerous times to have a reset link emailed to me. I called the pps twice for assistance. Finally they told me it's due to yahoo and Gmail issues and they cannot help. No idea if / when a fix will be provided. Meanwhile, I can't access any of my points or scan new cards 😕 seems like they could reset on my behalf after verifying my identity

I have had to put in every ticket for the last like 4-5 months, I have tried everything and they will not scan in. I have went as far as completely deleting the app and redownloading it. Please fix this problem, my fingers are tired!!!

I like the app. It makes it really easy to scan your losing tickets. The app does have 1 problem that is quite irritating. When you are in the Points for Prizes store and you click on an item for the description, when you go back, instead of going back to where you were, the stupid app goes all the way back to the beginning of the list. This gets extremely irritating.

I just think the app needs to go up to date because I click on that one I can't remember what it was called but it shows like tickets and stuff from back in 2014 and 13 Willy Wonka that ticket that was years and years ago I remember that ticket I was still playing then on this app LOL but yeah y'all need to go up to date I think just saying but I love the app I really do

The app and this system is not cool. I literally made two separate accounts off the app and the website to confirm the last 4 digits of my ssn and it said it was incorrect. I've been locked out of both of them and all I was trying to do was simply check if the tickets I bought were winners and to try it a second time. Im open to changing the review if the issue can be resolved but at this moment it sits at a 2 star.

Once you view an item you have to start all the way back at the beginning. And the items arent optimized or tagged well because when using key words in the search box, items dont appear when infact there are, for example, purses available. I hope that made sense. Ok thanks

will the app developer please admit there is a issue w this app now. ITS USELESS WASTED SPACE ON MY PHONE. everytime i try to scan it closes & goes to home screen

Like everything except when scrolling thru the points for prizes, if you view an items details and go back to scrolling it takes you all the way back to the beginning of the listed items. I have yet to see the complete list of items in the store

I've had this app since it came out and it has always worked perfectly but in the last week when I try scanning tickets it goes to a blank page with an error box. It's really starting to push me off.

It will never load.. try to scan in tickets and cant.. needs to be fixed asap 😫 😩 😤

Needs to be updated to a more simple and modern look.

I'm glad they have this it's a good way to recycle and I've gotten a lot of cool s*** stuff from it

It works fine, but it really needs a way to scan like most other states seem to have. It's dumb that I need to waste fuel to go somewhere, or I need to manually compare.

App crashes everything I scan a ticket. It just recently started doing this and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still the same thing, every time I scan a ticket the app closes.

I couldn't verify my address with the email I made with my account. Another problem with it is when I do a forgot password email, it take it about 10 minutes to receive the email. Then when I use the reset password, it claims it was too late.

You can check to see if you won!! If you scan your tickets and it says "ENTRY NOT RECOGNIZED"that means it is a winner! It dont give you the actual amount of how much you won but that ticket is a winner if it says that!!!

This App is so easy to use. The scanner system is my favorite part of it, so much easier than putting your tickets in manually. I highly recommend this App!

There is no way to check tickets for winners?! Don't think I will be using anymore, can't check tickets and it is 1 point per dollar? The lowest prize is 600 points, so I have to spend $600 in tickets to get a magazine? Not worth the time.

I have tried to login several times to the app after creating my account and I have never received an email even after trying "forget password" and adding the do not reply address into my contacts. It has never worked for me.

Right on. You can scan your tickets. Scratch off and instant tickets both. That made me so happy. It was getting tedious to have to manually enter each ticket. Thumbs up here👍

I like the app but sometimes it does work right and this month I have scan less ticket than last month and have all ready reach my points limit so I think that the counter is off.

App works fine. Been playing drawing for awhile but just once I would like too win something on here. For now I just stop entering tickets doesn't matter probably won't win anyways.

I have downloaded and reinstalled the app but every time I try to go in the app it tells me that the webpage can't be connected.Help need to put in tickets to get points.

Not letting me login. Keeps saying it's the wrong email address. However, I logged in just fine on my laptop. This is extremely aggravating!

Great app.. Just one negative .. When im shopping and i click on an item to view more.. When i try to continue shopping it takes me all the way back to page 1... Help?

The app keeps asking for the last four of my ss# and when entered as prompted it kicks me back out. I would love to give 5 stars but this has to be fixed.

Love ❤️ the prize selection, but I think we should be able to get at least 10,000 points each a month for the tickets we enter because some of us buy more tickets than others !!!

I would have missed so many wins if not the scan feature!! Easy to use. I love it!
