ASOS

The best shopping app I've come across. ASOS sells so many brands which makes shopping easier especially when you have free delivery 👍 Notify when back in stock is easy to set up; they have videos of most products; the description of the materials are often helpful; it tells you the correct and exact size the model is wearing. It doesn't take long to load at all. Items are reserved while they are in your basket which is good (even though they are automatically removed after an hour 🤧)

The app works very well. But I still see some rooms for improvement. For example, when a product comes in different colors, every color is a separate item in the list of all products. There is no indication for the available colors, nor can you select the color from the drop-down list. You have to explore the entire list to see if your desired color is available. It would be great if this could be implemented in the app.

*The app is speedy, mostly accurate descriptions and filters are super useful. I love how quickly I can save and unsave items, switch between the bag and wish list.* Still love the app! Best online shopping app I've used so far. The prompts for how much stock is left and coupon codes. I would love to see how many items I'm scrolling through. There's currently no scroll bar or indication of how many more items there are when I'm browsing a specific search result. Otherwise perfect.

I love this app's design. The design team have developed a brilliantly easy to use app. It's designed so well that it can actually be quite addictive! I can't fault the app. As for ASOS, amazing returns process. When I shop at other places, returns feel burdensome. I love how easy it is to return with ASOS and I get updates on the stages of the return so I can rest assured my return is on its way back. One caveat I have, is that the photos aren't always true to the colour of item.

A nice and good app but after adding all to my cart only 2 items can be send to my country. It totally waste of time searching the items. Almost all cheap sale items are not allowed to ship over, but if you choose original price it can ship. Totally ridiculous. Told me the page have wrote which countries are restricted to buy but i can't even find it.

Asos got loads of good items. Good price. But recently its going downhill. The delivery used to be promot, nowadays it is late always even though its next day delivery or comes in two different days. The customer service is the worst. You can never get connected to them. One of my item hasn't been delivered for a month but I can't get through to the customer service.

Sorry that I'm giving a one star review for this app, but there is no other way to contact you. The chat on your website is broken (the connection is lost after a few minutes without any indication on the frontend). I've been trying to get a refund for a lost parcel for 2 months now and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Please contact me or provide an alternative way to contact you. Your email is not monitored and there is no phone number. And please fix your chat! Happy to help troubleshoot

Usually great, however recently I have tried ordering 2 pairs of shoes and I've selected a size 5 and size 5.5 both unfortunately have turned up the wrong size! This is infuriating as they where a birthday surprise and was devastated to find out they had messed my order up, not only once but twice. This issue has to be sorted and fast. I'm a regular user off this app but I'm starting to wonder if they are better places to spend my money. Hopefully you can sort it out and fast!

Absolutely atrocious that they can't be contacted by phone. They cancelled my order spontaneously, on their own. Then I had to make it again, which wasn't possible because one item was on sale and isn't now. Because they take forever answering mails, the conclusion is that I've got none of the stuff I ordered through no fault of my own, now the most important item is sold out.

Super easy to use! You can find everything you want quickly because the app is really well designed. I usually shop on Asos on the website but this is great if you want to order something while you are out of the house or if you need something in a hurry. It also runs really well, no lag at all on my Samsung S21 Ultra 5G.

Gotta admit the asos app is just the easiest shopping app of all time. Can find items easily, great to navigate and easily connected to your accounts. Can't wait to see improvements as it only gets better when it comes to being user-friendly

EVERYTHING'S perfect until it let's you order items, then to have to fet your order and realise they havent sent items which you ordered! You check the app and now says there out of stock to which you then have to chase a refund! A lot of messing around!!!! Happened a few times think I've learnt now and will shop else where

Horrible customer service. On their website, it states "Orders under CAD $150 will be subject to sales tax and handling fees." My order was over $200, and I had to pay a "handling fee" of $60 + TX to retrieve my parcel from Canada post. When I contact ASOS, they said that although they know that their website states this fact, they have no control over such charges and that I should contact the Canada border to get a refund. The best they can offer is a 15% dicount off on my next purchase. Lol

I'll be honest, the bang for buck with the Premier Delivery alone is enough, but they hve such a vast range of items. There return service is clear and easy to use with their Packaging (that is recyclable). You can even take photos of other clothes and style match on the app, not much else out there competes and those complaining about this app are so entitled it boggles the mind. Definitely recommend.

I have loved the asos app until recently. The site is still laid out very well and offers great value deals on lovely items but the app has become VERY glitchy lately and takes numerous attempts to process an order. If it continues to offer such resistance to custom I will stop using it and recommending it to others! It has become a pain to use due to constant necessity to "retry" pages to view items and having to make 7 or 8 attempts to make payment. Please fix or lose a good customer!

Asos is a good app to get items of good quality but you need to be clever when using it. The same item can appear on the site for different prices. Also, the same item can be cheaper or more expensive within hours of purchase. Overall, all items bought are brilliant quality but not necessarily cheaper than other sites

Always a good place to find new clothes, the brands are real, sales can be interesting. The app is really user friendly and I've never had any major issue with asos as a whole. The one little thing is the models on the pictures sometimes overdo the poses, and you can't see the actual shape of some clothes

Always a positive experience with ASOS, who offer grest quality clothing, a brilliant returns process if you're unsatisfied and excellent customer service. The only downfall that I'd like to highlight is sometime instead of showing better photos of the items of interest the photographer seems more interested in the actual models which is of absolutely no use to me. I would much rather see a full photo of the trainer thats I'm considering buying or a coat, as apposed to the models legs or hair!

If I could give them a 0, i would. My account got blocked after i had made a purchase. And instead of being helpful in figuring out why, ASOS makes it extremely difficult to contact costumer service. Thus far have not been able to find any way to contact customer service or get in touch with a real employee. This all wouldnt be so bad if the FAQ would actually be helpful, which it's not

Great app that I've used more than the website for many years. ASOS have really set the standard for clothes shopping apps. Often default to buying clothes via ASOS due to the ease of experience. I wish you could save promo codes that pop up straight to your basket. However tbh that's a minor point that is easy to watch out for (screenshot, goofle etc).

Great app with a wide range of items and products and the next day delivery is great. customer service is super helpful with any issues and respond very quickly. Wish there were more deals or discounts for long term customers instead of new ones and for big spenders (of course that's just me who spends way too much on here😂) overall great app!!

I've used this app once once to order forms shirts. Definitely, the variety seems to better than Amazon.de. But, the biggest concern I've while using the app is the filtering part. e.g. On Amazon if I search for Adidas Sneakers it shows me what I precisely want while on ASOS it's difficult to navigate and find what you want. Same with the main menu. Hopefully, app gets friendlier and I'm looking forward to order from here as variety, quality and value for price is better here

I don't really like buying clothes online, but I find ASOS so easy to use & usually find what I'm looking for, with extras I end up wanting. Also they have many filters to help you get down to exactly what you want to see. Haven't had to return an item yet, but their returns policy looks pretty easy to follow if it was required.

Asos clothes are always good quality and the sale items are often so cool! I love that the returns system is so easy and free (although I use it infrequently) Plus I often find exactly what I'm looking for. ASOS is definitely my go-to for modern, fresh styles and the app is great and easy to navigate specific searches too. I'd definitely recommend.

I liked this app because I can always find something I like from the comfort of my own home. I have a busy job so don't always have time physically shop, so ASOS lets me choose what I like the look of, keep it on my boards and then when I'm needing an outfit, I can choose what to have sent. Easy, convenient and affordable! The service is fabulous too. No hassle to returns with speedy refunds agains makes this way of shopping hassle free!

The problem is not the app! It's the company itself. A terrible service when it comes to processing refunds and investigations. I have been waiting nearly 2 months to be refunded for a pair of boots that never reached me. It's a scam company as they hold on to your money for long periods of time and don't try to resolve the matter!! They still trying to locate the item to send it to me!!! It's a complete joke!!!

Been using ASOS for most of my online clothes shopping for nearly 10 years now. App has consistently been ahead of its competitors for some time with an extremely sleek and easy-to-use UI and I can't recall it ever crashing on me. Great choice of clothes, premium delivery combined with Klarna is honestly the best thing since sliced bread and customer service has always been great for me. Overall, a great app and company.
