The app refuses to let me add my payment info for auto pay. I have tried debit card and checking account and it's almost as if the page will not allow me to scroll down.
When I first downloaded and used the app, I had no issues. As time progressed, every single time I try to log in, I encounter an ERROR message. Very frustrating.
This app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I've submitted all my claims though it. I love how I can just take a photo of my vet bill and upload it! I don't have a copier so this relieves a lot of stress (in addition to having a sick pup). My one issue is that it doesn't capitalize the first word when beginning a new sentence.
App constantly crashes. Considering switching insurance company altogether because of it.

Cannot sign into app. Kicks right out. Uninstalled and reinstalled two times. Very frustrating!! When the app works, it is great. Quick and easy. I hope they will fix it!!
Just like a couple of other people, after I went into a pretty lengthy detail on my claim it just stopped working on my phone. Gonna make it short and sweet next time and see if that works. I'm not gifted in very much patience so hopefully it will work or forget it. Excellent idea if it is functional and user friendly. I hope it is. : )
use to work but after an update or something no longer opens, it crashes. has been happening for a couple of months now and the problem still hasn't been resolved.
this is one of the easiest apps in the world to use! Works beautifully. They recently didn't update and I have to get used to it, and there was a little glitch. The first version was fantastic
I used to be able to use the app and it was very convenient but now it won't open. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but there's some sort of bug that won't let it get past the initial screen. Very frustrating!
App crashes on launch. Many other users have the same issue. Customer service appears indifferent for months now. I will be changing insurance carriers and I recommend you look elsewhere.

app worked great until this last update in January, now kicks right off to homescreen when logging in...PLEASE FIX!!!!!!! Update...after 3 plus calls back and forth and the assurance the app was fixed...still doing the same ZERO STARS!!!! update...THEY FIXED IT!!! THANK YOU AS I CAN GO BACK TO ENJOYING THE APP!!

What happened to this app? it was working fine up until the last update - now the app will not even open at all, just keeps crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but that does nothing.
Can we please fix the bug? The app was great until decently. It won't even launched the app at all. I loved the app and used it for over 2 years, really hoping for a fix so we can use this app again!

Didn't experience any bugs or crashes myself, and filing a claim on the app is SOOOO easy! Meeting the deductible I set is a little hard though... lol
App will no longer open. It was so easier to submit claims prior to the last update.
Trying to submit a claim is way harder then it should be,the photo should be alot easier but it's not it doesn't load properly no matter the wifi quality. I'll have to cancel my pet insurance with them because if I can't submit a claim using the app then it's useless to be paying for insurance that isn't actually doing anything for me.
