Great app, better than most CCTV apps. People who have trouble with viewing the cameras on their phones have invariably set it up wrongly. The device needs to be added under the manual config & the router needs to allow P2P servers to work. Hard wiring the recorder to the router is highly recommended.
Good looking app, I like the playback options and that you can zoom in to the time line In 5min, 30 and 60 min. Very intermittent connection via 4g using note 8 fine on WiFi. Tried connecting on other Samsung note 8 phones on various accounts but still not possible via 4g, I think this must be a issue with the phones as it connects everytime 1st time on Galaxy S6? Not convinced about the push notifications yet...
Unable to access remotely via phone when away from the house wi-fi. Phone provider confirms phone capable of supporting this app just unfortunate the app is poor quality. Other reviews confirm this. Please get this sorted asap.

Next day 17th July still not working I am getting angry and got no response from company So I try and go on the app and it just says connect fail. What is going on.?? I can't even Contact anyone about this. When will it work again. I have even tried deleting it and re installing.
App is as good as the whole system, absolutely rubbish. Getting rid of aspect and getting a proper system. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
Up until last night the app was working fine but now it will not let me login, it keeps saying 'cannot connect to server'. We had this cctv installed by police request so for this not to work is very worrying & makes me feel extremely vulnerable so please can you sort this issue out asap so my autistic daughter & myself are safe in the knowledge that we can view the cameras.
App has been ok up until today & now I can't view cameras. The box itself is working fine. Please sort this problem out

Tonight app won't connect. Cameras and dvr still working but not the app for remote viewing.
I have the app on my tablet but it seems to connetct but then states that Aspect has stopped.
Worked fine and now does not connect. Will this be fixed??

Headache from the off
It's ok when it's connected..very good in fact..!! it just does not connect most of time.. intermittent. Most of time it just says can't connect to server.. the app is no good when you want to look at your property when away from your home.
Having repeating problems with the app. Keep getting error messages on all our devices, "Sorry Aspect Has Stopped". This happens when on home & mobile networks. There is obviously a problem with the app. Have spoken to our installer who has had the same problem and is trying to get it sorted. Other reviews say mention the same problem. Very annoying. PLEASE GET IT FIXED!
