So, while I am grateful for the features within the app, it's not that great when it comes to the refresh. Most apps, when exited, will refresh and take you back to the sign in page when you open it up again or hold your place for when you return. This app doesn't seem to know what it wants to do. If I close it and come back to it a few minutes later, it will show me what I saw last, but the moment I tap on something I get an error like I don't have access and then I'm routed back to sign on.
90% of the app is unusable. It just sits on a White screen that says "Go Home" that does nothing when pressed. I'm also not getting important notifications about schedule updates from the app. It's clear the app was originally designed for iOS and that the developers either aren't very knowledgeable about Android or just don't care enough to make sure it functions properly on Android OS. 07/26/21 REVIEW UPDATE: Now I'm receiving a 503 error and can't re-register my device. App doesn't work.
This app needs a major update. It worked pretty good for about a year. Lately it hasn't been working at all. It doesn't refresh and has been stuck on the home page with a pop up box that says "Go Home" for more than a week now. Either the Techs aren't too bright or you all are too cheap to hire someone to get this fixed.
This app continues to fail to work. It just states that it's contacting a server and if left to run, will say that for hours. Such a terrible tool. Editing: after literal years of being incompatible with most new androids, the tech team has deflected saying it isn't their software that is the issue but that it's operator headspace. Smh.i checked and yes, I have the correct link.
app interface does not look like photos in store. top of app is cut off by notifications bar at top of screen blocking the refresh and back buttons, wouldnt be so bad if the app at all supported the back button of the phone to go between menus, and the load times for getting any information are ridiculous. if you misclick in the list menu you're locked for almost a full minute in a loading screen before youre able to hit the go back button so you can go to the previous screen.
althought I have notifications turned on, I'm not getting notifications on my android device. I've tried reinstalling and checking settings.. It's still not providing notifications.. I noticed Apple devices have no issues with this function. ... hopefully this gets resolved soon as apple users are able to take advantage of VTO.
This app at one time worked perfectly and as of recent it's not usable at all on any of my Android devices. I checked with my employer to see if any info has changed and seems that I have the lasted sign in... so what's going on with this app?? Please fix the bugs, it's a super inconvenience for all of us who depend on this app on a daily base.
This app would be good if it actually worked but it doesn't, It will just frustrate you!!! Don't bother installing I finally gave up it works every once in a blue moon and I constantly am having to uninstall and reinstall and it sometimes will go through but 90% of the time it just frustrates me...
Inconvenient to go to one screen to see staffing and then another to make edit to your schedule. You have to remember what was available to change your schedule. Gets complicated when the are multiple segments . Now staffing columns aren't lining up. Not good.
the app is still forever garbage and won't even open when I actually need it to change my schedule. This happens several times a week. *update* this app is still terrible and has not improved in regards to usability, reliability, and practicality. Still disappointed, but not surprised. *update* still utter garbage
This app continually has issues connecting. I have the 'go home' message that I have to tap repeatedly, only to get to a sign-in link that repeatedly fails. I've only had the app work maybe 10% of the times that I wanted to use it.
Had this app on my old Android to view and make schedule changes while away from work. Got a new Android today and it keeps giving me an error when I try to log in with same credentials. I've reinstalled the app 3 times. It's infuriating 😡 had no issues on my prior phone.
this app is NOT reliable even though i need ut to be to maintain my schedule at work. it freezes constantly and i have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling and hope i can remember how to log back in. even then this has to be done 3-4+ times just to get it to open properly. this needs to be fixed.
I was previously able to use this app, I uninstalled and reinstalled and now telling me it doesn't recognize my email. I still receive the emails about notifications but not able to access app. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and no resolution.
Please for God's sake update the app or make it work better for android user. It works sometimes, sometimes it does not. I always get this Go home and it freezes. Uninstall and reinstall it about 10 times now. I even made sure the link was the right one. Still having issues. I work at Asurion and a lot of people are feeling the same way.
Notifications is intermittent at best vast majority of the time nothing is received. Those I work with have to rely on each other to know when someone gets a notice. For notices that are time sensitive this is very frustrating.
For the last few days the app have not been working. It will show unexpected time out. I can't move my shift like i need to. I get a different error message every time i try to move a shift. I have sent out a email but i got no reply
this freaking app is the damn worst wfm app I've ever had to deal with!! I haven't been able to log in for two weeks now! can't get my vto and pto, can't swap my schedule so I can make it to my doctor's appointments really what an inconvenience, I've tried all troubleshooting steps and nothing works🤬😡
I've uninstalled and installed minimum 10 times. "Go Home" is getting old. Needs an update ASAP. I've literally seen this app show a bunch of available schedules for one user and not available for other users, same search at the same time, same team no blocks. Somebody needs to do something about this.
Keeps locking up and crashing, and sometimes it takes forever to get it to work. When I go back into app it gives me the going home message than I get an error.
Always nice when I need to change my shift and I have to close and open the app 50 times for it to work. I receive "timeout" error messages when trying to log into the application.
I tried on an Apple Phone and Samsung. Neither one work. It goes to my work's website, not my aspect chart. This has been doing this since last year in August. It seems like many others are having this issue.
Input work email to register device and it shows as an error. Over and over. Can't be used for work. Completly useless! Useless Like the unfriendly interface they have for the website site.
Utter rubbish! I downloaded this for work and it will not take me to any shift pages. Nothing, just our main public page. Useless! Less than useless as it is taking up space on my phone! This app will be uninstalled ASAP!
Every other review is spot on. And if your app working requires users to contact your support team 99/100 times, you have a bad app. They don't care to fix issues on their end so they push the problems on to the users, bad company
I work with Asurion and think that this app definitely needs some improvements. I cannot check my schedule half the time, as it pops up a white box that says, "go home" or "open browser." When trying to click on anything it won't allow me, and when trying to click the back button it completely closes the application. It does run a lot quicker and it is set up easier to manage, when it works. Once those issues are fixed my review will be updated as well.
