2/22/22: Added 1 star for replying, but issues described below persist. I'll email... What happened? The "fresh look" broke everything on Android 12. It says No Connection with a pretty red banner, but every other app works just fine. Here, I'll send a screenshot... Oops,can't do that, just renders a black window. Why release an update if it's not ready? More stars for a meaningful reply, even more when it works.

The new app is super flaky. If you check vertical during the day it will not continue to track. Sometimes it opens and sometimes it doesn't. Based on functionality i prefer the old app. I have android phone.

buggy and constantly giving error messages. useless if you can get your qr code on time.

This app does not work. its informational only. It will not track vertical feet, bowl laps, or anything else it claims to track, except number of days skiied, which it can do through connecting to the computer system. UPDATE: The tech support helped me get the vertial feet tracking to work. On some Android phones there is a feature to make the GPS very precise, as opposed to just being active. You will need to select the "very Precise" option on your phone settings in order for the tracking on this app to work. Its tracking most of my vertical feet now, but still glitchy - I often ski more than one mountain in a day, but the tracker will only show the first mountain you're on - not any subsequent mountain. Also - I hiked the bowl twice one day and it showed only 1 bowl lap, so definitely not super accurate.

The tracking has only told me my daily total once!!! This is with the new version, why I waste my time & battery turning tracking on, I dont know.

Maps on the app are designed for people with 20/20 vision. I can read paper ski maps but maps on the app limit zooming to the point trail names are unreadable for me. Website does not have this problem and I can read the trail names without glasses when I zoom. I do not need glasses to ski but need them to read smaller print. No plans to carry glasses while skiing so time to delete app as it serves no purpose. Fix the zooming limit or start printing maps again.

The app won't let me sign in to my account. Every time I click sign in it just connects as guest. I have an Android phone. I reinstalled the app same thing.

Why can't I take screenshots? It's a weird piece of code to insert into an app like this. And why does it so often open up a secondary browser rather than handling everything in app?

New version of the app keeps crashing. I've been using it all season, just uninstalled and reinstalled, no improvement

GPS doesn't have a replay. Doesn't show what runs you took. And doesn't have an export function.

Every time there's an update I have to re enter my password. I need this app for work. This is really frustrating.

The tracking feature was inconsistent, but maps, groom reports and other features were handy. The $15 meal credit was hard to find and some of the cashiers had no clue how to help. But I finally found it on the last day and was able to use it.

Crashes at startup. Uninstalled app, restarted phone, reinstalled app, no difference. Moto g power/Android 11

I really like many aspects of this app - good info, esp the real time parking and crowding. But if you want this to be a substitute for paper trail maps, the maps have to work when there's no network!

Can no longer access gondola plaza cam to see four gauges on gondola building. How are we to know what winds at top are blowing? Also, new site is more about SELLING than informing. You already oversell the limited terrain, as evidenced by this past Friday's fiasco! As a 33 year season pass holder, myself and many friends, associates, and family feel betrayed by Skico. It seems Skico is more about attracting Icon pass holders, than providing a quality experience for local pass holders! (Sigh)

Ordering food through the app doesn't list the page, the stats are non-functional, despite always having LTE the app claims to have "no connection", information is harder to find than on the site. The map with gps is useful though.

Cool app, I enjoy the weather report, snow tracker, and elevation counter. -I dont understand "bowl laps" mine still says zero. - I went to ajax in the morning, and snowmass in the afternoon, but I did not get a point for snowmass :( -Also I have a card that advertises food discounts within the app, but I can not find them I offer this feedback in hopes it help you improve I can see this app having many more cool features in the future

Sucks. On the mountain always Unavailable. No matter if wi fi or data use with coverage. The ski tracker app will not work but other ski tracker apps work just fine. Another disappointing move from. ASPEN Ski Co. Don't use it, download a generic ski tracker app and just count your days.

Cool app. Has nice features! You can check lift and grooming status for all mountains. The mountain cams are nice. Will be fun to try the other on mountain aspects of the app. Maps are clear and easy to use

New update froze screen. Uninstalling app and reinstalling fixed problem. 😊

It would make skiing a lot more comfortable if the chairlift crew would leave their huts and brush the ice, frost, and snow off the chairlift seats.

Terrible. Freezes. Closes. Tracking is garbage. What a waste.

App updated, signed me out, and now crashes any time I try to log in.

Snowmass said to download the app to check the status of parking lots, which ones are open, and which ones are full. I work in software and I couldn't find this information anywhere in the app.

Tracking only worked 1 of 4 days, and then only tracked ft not days. Difficult to get wife logged in to app, as wanted her to use my email with her pass #. But if use my email, my email is already associated with a different pass number. So she was unable to use app for tracking or credits at rental or dining.

Convoluted and unintuitive interface. So many menus to see grooming report. Tracking doesn't seem to recognize guest users.

Instantly crashes often so can't open

I use it on a Google Pixel - works great!
