This app is very poorly developed and needs lots of improvement. Very unfortunate that it doesn't save messages you send or receive. When you upload documents it doesn't indicate what you have uploaded. Etc etc
Many have complained about this code issue taking long and when it finally comes the app refreshes itself and takes one back to stage one. Isntead of asking clients to call or get in touch why not sort the issue once for all??? Update the app and make the application process smooth.
Personally i like the experience even though the document verification process takes time and i understand why, its an awesome App i believe its a new revolution this one. Not Seen anything close to this. Keep Up The Good Work.
I'm stuck on loading page. My profile throws a system validation error at my email field (as a customer I'm not supposed to see code exceptions). And everytime I open the app it keeps asking for my details(I have done this about 15times). This seems to be a core platform architecture design flaw. Kindly review cause I called 2 your customer care and they were unable to assist.
This is the worst app ever, the app never works, you send kyc via email as per the instructions and instead of telling you whether you have access to a limit or not, you receive an email you don't have correct details, only to call and find they have not approved your limit. Suspicious when banks are eligible to give me loans, but this app is not? I seriously discourage anyone from using this app. Lipa Later is a better alternative, though they are slightly more expensive.
Very poor customercare services or non-existant. They never reply to whatsapp messages. Just bluetick you. When you upload your private info, it stays under review for a whole month no feedback. When you get that treatment you tend to wonder whether they are really legit with their customers or all about private information collection.
Aspira has excellent credit services and I recommend anyone who hasn't tried them to download and check their limit today. I've been able to make great purchases all thanks to them and the repayment plans are so affordable you don't even feel it. ππ
Nice app, I like the UI a lot, but the app keeps crashing when you try to launch for the first time, login with Facebook doesn't work and it's been 4 months since I registered and I haven't been approved yet π
Good Financing plan. However your App is not well synchronised with your payments as it takes too Long to see change in balance when you make payments. Kindly Improve
My experience with Aspira is the best I ever had, best customer experience, best credit offers, variety of items to choose from, from the competitive suppliers in the market. Hey you there, you need an item on credit, visit Aspira and thank me later. Keep up guys. I would recommend everybody. Get the item and lipa pole pole badae at friendly interest. YOU ARE THE BEST
Since the app got updated its a hell to work through it keep on error especially when trying to upload document even after refreshing. This is a big turn off not everything we should be calling customer care.
This has to be the slowest most annoying app I've ever seen in my entire life. After entering the details it loads till forever with a white page layout. Do you guys want to really do this business? Ooh and by the way do not send me those robotic "email or call us to address your problem" nonsense! It's a one star π for me.
I downloaded the app but after registration and trying to edit my profile info, I cannot.. Some of the info captured is erroneous.. The fields won't highlight to allow editting..work on tht issue.. Otherwise its a nice platform.
Aspira is a good idea. However the lack of synchrony in your systems is quite inconveniencing. This my first time working with Aspira but every payment I make I have to contact customer care to inform them of my payment. Right now I am experiencing an issue of my payment not being updated. Customer care agents keep telling me it will be solved in 24 hours but nothing has been done days later. Its frustrating because the company's issues are hurting my credit rating
Was this app made in a rush and released to the market out of desperation or greed because it is such a disappointment that I uninstalled it after several attempts and a waste of my precious time. It actually never loaded after giving me a white screen for several minutes and I'm left wondering if this is the joke of the year, thanks for nothing.
Connection to server failed..... Who developed this app?? OTP has now timed out. There is no recourse for help. It's like you don't need customers. Update: It's good to see that you're remaining true to yourselves. Fire your developer immediately. Who gave the go ahead for this version? Even 5 months down the line now its details do not match.... π π π
After the update, the registration completes but with an error saying registration is pending. The calculator in the app is not working. Feels so buggy and incomplete.
When getting to the verification code and its sent to my number, it starts the process all over again from the ID. I end up getting verification messages but registration is not complete. Wastage of time!
The fact that I have to provide my private details before getting any info on the app is crazy. Like here's my private info before I even get to know the terms and conditions of how that info may be used, y'all are crazy. I uninstalled immediately.
The same problems people experienced in 2020 its the zame problems people are e,perien ing in 2021. Is thete an IT team workin to resolve issues. My app hanged after registering. When I quit the session the app is now blank.this is no a good experience
Wah, worst app ever. It allows you to join but afterwards nothing happens in the app. I uninstall the app and then installed in again but whenever I open the app I just a blank page. SMH.
I now have the tv I've always wanted all courtesy of aspira lipa pole pole as you use the product! i love their quick response and real time delivery! all you have to do is present the requirements and you good to go.
I have been able to download it from the playstore easily and quickly followed the prompts to access the facility, it is therefore very user friendly! I strongly recommend it for anyone who desires to purchase an item from the selected stores.
The app is real and honest. I downloaded it,followed instructions , and is now a happy user. Through guides via calls,email, WhatsApp I learnt that online buying is involving bt with proper guidance it works well. I recommend the app to willing people. Buying is a combination of willingness + ability. Your ability is the app provided limit.
Not genuine! You sent 1yr mpesa statement, payslip, and 3 months bank statement but still end up with zero limit. After 3 months of zero limit you are asked to reapply. And the queue continues. I regret knowing you. Not sure where they are selling our data. Very useless
I am told that my loan limit has expired and that I should update the application. However, any time I attempt to do that, the issue persists. The system maintains that I still have to update application. Please advise.
When you delay delivering a product by 1-2 weeks maybe that should also be reflected in the repayment schedule...move the due date by the same number of days you delayed to deliver!You can't just start billing people without the product...what of the aftersale ,incase of wrong item delivered or damaged????
I downloaded the app 3days ago, but no feedback from your end beats logic if I have to wait too long to purchase something I needed ASAP. Referred by a friend but honestly poor service... U take too long.
Despite the small navigation challenges of the app, the customer service from Aspira is nothing short of excellent.
It's a great platform but the customer care resolution, much like Lipa Later, is non existent. Took them 2 months of constant back and forth reviewing my application, and no help was given. I had to upload documents constantly. Not a bad idea. Better execution needed though, and simplicity, especially when signing up. When paying back though, they are very responsive, just not for trouble shooting.
