Update so long as you click pay bill on the lower tab vs the big pay bill in the middle of the screen, the app will let you scroll &allow payments. There is no way to log out/sign out of the app. As of the last update I am unable to make a payments through the app, when trying to do so the app just locks up and wont let me scroll down. When I contacted them through the chat services about these issues they said "let me look up your account" when this clearly has nothing to do with my account.

So far this could be one of the most backwards credit cards I have got. So I called in to make a payment and I then looked at my statement and it has it as a scheduled payment for January 15th. Now I was not informed that the payment would be pushed out 2 weeks and I can't locate anywhere on the documents that states that this is policy. I have contact my other credit card companies and asked if this is the norm and each one has stated that it is very odd. Makes me think twice about keeping

Would not work on old Android phone. Just upgraded phones and the app still does not work--just spins with the aspire logo on the screen. It makes me less trustworthy of the company and card when they fail to have a functional app in this day and age. I have to use my laptop to log in and pay my bill. Website design is poor. My other credit cards all have high functioning user friendly apps. Aspire needs to aspire to move into modern times.

App is cool , but worst card ever I have had this card for 7 months now gave me a decent limit but I went to try and request an increase since I have had it over 6 months and excellent payment history. But they don't allow customer requests for increases so I contacted customer service and found out that they only offer increases if they have a promotional offer so pretty much never. And The customer service agent was also rude about it so their customer service is awful too.

This app is ridiculous, I have my username name and password saved, so I know what I am doing, too many times this thing doesn't recognize my my user and password, even after speaking with a representative who sugges that I Uninstall the app, reinstall and I face the same issues. Wasting my time.

This is a wonderful card for anyone with any credit level, I have been using Aspire for over a year now and I can honestly say that of all the subprime credit companies I have dealt with this one is right there with capital one, no unscrupulous activity detected. My only criticism is the app could use a polished UI. I highly recommend it for anyone.

Best Credit Builder Master Card. Easy to use app, does everything it promises and actually helps you build your Credit Score. I've had this card about 4 years, not one problem ever. I highly recommend for anyone trying to find a decent Master Card Credit Building Card. Thank You Aspire.

Re-Building my credit - so happy they approved me - even if the APR% is eye-popping! BEST part about this card/app is-when I pay my bill via a debit card - the money comes out of my checking account, posts to my credit card AND increases my available credit! RIGHT AWAY! SO MANY "rebuilding" cards hold our money for DAYS after its gone from our checking account! They know if you have their card cause your credit is shot - so they know they can do just about ANYTHING to you! But not here! Thx!

The one time I was able to log in, the site kept trying to log me out by saying my session had expired and to extend my time. Now, "System Maintenance is currently in process. Please try again later" every time I try to log in. What's the point in having the app if I can never log in. I called a representative and was told that may I have to use a computer and that this issue can't be solved at this time. Really bad... I'm disappointed.

When making a payment, you cannot see the full screen from your phone (I have a Galaxy Note10+) payments take forever to post to the account and your available credit after each purchase is not immediately shown after each transaction, you have to keep track of it on your own. Would not recommend this credit card or app.

The app works to see what transition is made, but it doesn't deduction from your total. Chatting with customers service was easy. I get text of changes but not of any purchases. You make a payment online. It takes 4 to 5 days to post. Between the card and app. It's a good emergency card.

Dont understand the complaints im reading. As far as a credit card company they are one of the better ones i have in my wallet. Fairly liberal credit limit, payments post same day and my available credit updates next day. Havent had to call or reach out to customer service but all in all, i cant find anything negative about the company or the website/app.

App does not work with Google Chrome only Explorer. Aspire needs to catch up with technology! "Google Chrome" is compatible with everything which includes Android and Apple. Why pay a yearly fee for an emergency card especially if you can not access your info on any device.

App doesn't advise when company suspends my card when I do anything new with credit card, which turns out to be very often. Needs two step code or biometric to perhaps stop doing that. Needs way for me to be alerted when a payment clears, a real worry at this time. I appreciate the effort, but seriously, please fix this.

Aspire and Fortiva same not recommended at all, I did have bad experience with them, doesn't care from customer, customer service are bad, they rip you off with their fee, not recommended at all and if you don't have credit or bad credit don't go with them not Worth their fee are extremely high, better you use your own debit card then open account with those 2, don't make mistake and then sorry, I did tell you all.

Beware... I paid my monthly payment, plus some extra total of $60 on the 2nd of the month. Due to covid my job has reduced hours so I knew I couldnt pay at a later day for the month. I was later charged a late fee of $29. They stated I didnt pay my payment. They stated my payment was withdrew from my bank on October 2 and was applied to my September cycle as an extra payment. Because October payments dont start until the 3rd of the month. October I paid $100 but only got credit for $40. SAD

I have had this card for a few months now and never any problems until yesterday. They suspended my card for fraudulent use and won't help me. There were only 3 transactions that were all mine totaling no more than $80 together. If they thought fraudulent use why have they not contacted me about it. They just suspended my card and won't help me fix it.

If you have to use an app for banking, this is a pretty damn good app! I really enjoyed using this, and I still use it today! And by the way, it's not a bad credit card either. You should check it out I've increased my credit limit several times and I enjoy the perks from this card. Great bank, great app.

Terrible. Got a "pre screened" offer that was worded as if I was already qualified so I went online to fill out form even though I DO NOT need another credit card seeing I have tens of thousand of dollars I can spend in credit nkw and am ALWAYS under 10% usage. But this was going to replace another card that had an annually fee since this offer did not have one just to be denied and get an inquiry on my credit report! Your marketing team is a joke!

What did you do when you updated the app? Now the app will not even start up. Just loads and loads and never comes up. I never had trouble with your app until now. Fix it! I have a Samsung Z 3 Fold 5G, and your app use to work. Fix it!

Worked great for a while, no problems. Now over the last couple of days, the app won't load. Just get a spinning circle upon clicking on to open the app.

Got my card a few weeks ago and paid the 100$ fee as soon as I got it. The other day went to make a purchase and they keep putting sone weird hold on the card and I basically have a card that can't be used.. great...

Forgot my username and password and can't retrieve my account because the submit button doesn't work I've tried now on various devices... also the monthly link aspire sends is erroneously not accepting my debit card so I cannot make payment.

After being approved for this card and discovering just how easy it is to hack the account through app, I cancelled this card and uninstalled app. It's easy to get the card, and easy for anyone to get into account. No thank you

The App is cool. I'm trying to purchase 2 tickets on the Turkish Airline website for my son & I and Aspire is saying their website (Turkish Airlines) is NOT secure. The 1st time I called, a representative named Nicole said she spoke with (I forgot the term) and they said in 1 hour the card well be open/released for purchase (since they put a hold on it). I verified the amount & everything..... So fast forward 3 hours later, still cannot purchase the airline tickets because of same claim. 🤬BS

App crashes immediately now. Has already cost me a late fee trying to find a payment method, since my mailed invoice came after the payment was due. Awful.

Have not even used the card yet. Went to go make the $85 payment so that my balance would be 0 and it won't even allow me to do so. I can already tell that this credit card was a complete mistake

They approved me when no one else would. Helping rebuild my credit was easy with them! Thank you for giving me a chance!!!! Highly recommended!!

This app does not ever work. Try to log in an it locks you out for the day ! I'm sure you've had multiple complaints on this issue.. why is it not fixed?? This has been for days !! Seriously fix it!!! Not happy I'll continue to make derogatory reviews til fixed HAVE NICE DAY

Very smooth and easy to follow. Words from the wise. It's best to pay with your checking account you won't have any problems. I think it's a pretty good app 👌
