App won't display correctly on Samsung Galaxy S10+. Choices for ticket completion are unreachable at the bottom of the screen, cannot complete tickets / sometimes cannot hit "back" or "new" buttons either. Borderline unusable because of this, cannot accurately manage job status.
this application is not formatted for the Google Pixel 3 XL the notch will get in your way and it will minimize your selection screen on the bottom therefore I have found a solution. if you go into the developer options and go to your screen cut out selection if you disable the notch you will be able to use the selections at the bottom of the screen and have full utilization of this app. only took me 2 months to figure that out Happy scaping
This is a terrible app. Will say I've clocked out but the next morning I'm still clocked in. My boss has to manually enter my time every day.Can't always open or close work tickets. Worse than useless because we have to waste so much time on it.
Horrible crew app.. Like all Crew Leaders we have stuff to do in the morning so if I forget to clock my guys in right away...say im in a machine... I have to stop right there that second to clock them in.. I cant go back and edit the simple clock in time..Now I have to bother my Supervisor to have him stop what hes doing so he can go in a correct it..I understand the fact of not doing edit clock in times but come on not everyone is trying to cheat the system.
Buggy app extends its display past the screen and forces itself to be a fullscreen. They need to know how to do proper screen scaling.
horrible app. Doesn't work most the time. developer is always fixing it but still you never know when its going to work, or not work. horrible don't bother.
I can't deny permissions for this app it has unrestricted access to all of my files, camera, microphone, and gps even when not using the app
for some reason, this app let's me sign in my crew members, and than sign in to our property, however while working kicks me out???? than after lunch, I tried re signing us all in, but app would not let me sign into property?? frustrated......
To those saying it's not viewing right , check your zoom settings on your phone To anyone thinking about using this app dont bother it feels like it's in alpha the mobile side is bad , at least with Lmn time you could modify your workday If you have no service this app is unusable
On the Galaxy S10, menu options are cutoff from the bottom of the screen so I can't ever see what I'm selecting.
Not that user friendly. I like to see what my hours are for the week and haven't found where you can do that on this app.
We have been having to delet and down load muilt times on different devices because.we just get a blank white screen... randomly
keeps signing me out, have to sign back in everytime i open the app, is there anything i can do to fix this!?

The app doesn't let you see the time you clocked in and out for the day. This would be helpful to know how many hours I worked throughout the week.

I use this app daily for my work and hate it. It force closes over ridiculously short periods of time and requires you to relog in almost every time you have to use the app which is a huge inconvenience the menu system is overly buggy using any kind of PDF file usually leads to failure and some type of tec support needed To figure out how to use it. I have used this app multiple phone and tablets both Apple and android. It's TRASH. Please make opening maps in app much easier.
