I have a friend who is in an abusive relationship and was trying to direct her towards some help by installing this app. It doesn't work. No matter what button I tap on the menu, all it takes me to is the Top Stories. I cannot get into Settings or Help to set up the emergency message and safe contacts list.

If you want your phone number to be revealed, consider adding your telephone number in your emergency message, and also behind your name. I've read a few complaints that the app texts the apps tel. #. I did have issues with the app freezing, after you send an emergency message. However I attribute that to the app trying to confuse the abuser who's trying to access the app after a distress call has been triggered

This App does not work on my phone. I have an Android Phone - Samsong Note 4. After installation I was unable to get the app to work. The App features do no work. Nothing happens. The articles do not open. The help button does nothing at all. The news stories do not change no matter what type of news I select. I believe this app needs alot of tweaking. I heard about the app by watching the Dr. Phil show on January 4th. I was very excited about an app that could save lives. Very disappointing. Perhaps someone can check into what phones this app will work on.

Go to help under the 3 lines on left. Do the quick tutorial and then it puts u into what the app is SUPPOSED to do.. I cannot find the GO button though.. Says to tap toolbar within app three times but I can't find the GO.. Should be easier.. Anyone in trouble doesn't have time for all these steps

So I downloaded this app just to have to be safe and to recommend to my friends and family. This does not work. No matter what link I click on it stays on the same page and I can't even read the articles. Would be a great app if it did what Dr Phil and Robin said it would. Fix it please so u could possibly save a life.

Installed it on my phone to try it out before recommending to a friend. It never let me set up any emergency/trusted contacts. All the menu selections take you to Top News, including when you press Help. Which kind of defeats the purpose.

I downloaded the app to see how it worked so that I could recommend it to women who need it. But unfortunately the app froze on my Galaxy S6 and would not do anything. Its a wonderful idea, but the app definitely needs improvement. Women who truly are in need can't have the app freeze on the 'help' section. Mine didnt get that far, but please fix the app so people can actually use it.

I've downloaded this app after watching Dr. Phil's program. I live in Ireland, I put my 2 sons and my partner before putting local police and 911. Test run worked beautifully.Three of them rang within 5 min. Didn't have to try since but I am confident as an Alderley person the thought of help is phone ring away. Thank you both. Love the programme. Still working on getting the app on the front screen.

I love the idea of this app but when i tried to use it .... i kept getting "error sending message to trusted contacts" ..... its bad enough feeling helpless in this situation without apps that give you a bit of hope to get a message to someone you need help BUT like every other resource delivered nothing :(

Trying to install this on a Galaxy 6, it doesn't work. So wickedly frustrating because a friend is in a dangerous relationship and needed a stealth way to document things as they occur. I've seen this App shown on "Dr Phil" and expected if he and Robin were involved, surely it would be functional...no such luck. This was sadly disappointing.

I have an Android device LG LT3 and this app doesn't work on my phone period. Recently I was in a situation that I could have used it to back up my story. I e-mailed the contact information at the bottom of this discription​ and my e-mail was returned to me as an unknown, non working, or a bad address. If someone could please give me the correct e-mail address or update this app I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. It's a great idea, however, this app does not work.

I as many others was curious if this app existed and wanted to learn how it works in case I or anyone I know would need it. I have an android and It would not allow me to click on the help section of the website. Not sure if that's an app or phone error, but it would be a good idea to make sure its solid for those who need help now.

I just needed this to work and when I clicked the help it froze. This app which has been called potentially life saving has a major issue. I would send the bug report but it doesn't pop up. If I click anything in the menu it just freezes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no difference. I am on a nexus 5.

Please help me get this app uninstalled! I have uninstalled it twice, but it keeps going off and giving a false alarm to my family. This is getting to be a boy who cried wolf situation. If I need help, everyone will think it is yet another false alarm! It is very sensitive. I am not in an abusive situation, but installed it in case I need it someday. However, I am driving my family crazy with all the accidental emergencies.

Blank White Screen, No Access. I installed and started the app, it shows a red screen with the word ASPIRE on the screen, then goes to a blank white display with no controls. Cannot tap 3 times or navigate away from screen. Someone should be supporting this. People have complained for quite some time and I see Dr. Phil and Robin talking about it and suggesting to use it to save lives. In its current state, it could have the opposite effect!

This was great at first.. Tried the three tap and it works but cannot get to the help section at all to change contact information. Had my daughter download it for college and it will not allow her to get to the settings either after asking for news choice. It freezes. Tried to forcestop and even uninstalled and re-installed, nothing.

I wish there was a way to notify trusted contacts of your actual number, so if they try to call you they dont call the apps number, ALSO, I feel like the help screen should have similar color aspects as the top stories screen BECAUSE an abuser would notice u jumping off one screen and onto another by that change and that could lead to more problems for a victim. Maybe consider changing that. I know my ex was MASIVELY controlling and had he evrrrrrr noticed me changing screens on his approach itd been bad.

First screen comes up that says Aspire, then it goes to a white screen with nothing and nothing else happens. I don't know if it has to do with my type of phone which is a Samsung s7edge, but I would really like to have access to this app
