ASRT

When I first downloaded the app it worked great. I recently tried getting back in and the only option is to upload a certificate or log out. Can't get any further. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's just buffering. Really disappointed. The ASRT website doesn't seem to be working either. Not having a good time trying to earn some CE's and check my record.

Does not give any options other than to upload pictures of certificates and log out. Not useful at all.

Just got a new android phone. The app is very plain and I'm unable to enter dates to be able to down CEU's. Other than that it's just the basics. No real access like the web site. Please get IT on the ball disappointing

Does not give other options besides upload certificates or log out on Samsung galaxy S10+. This has been going on for the last 2 years. Please fix.

The app worked perfectly! I used it to take a picture of my certificates and upload them . It was very easy. I checked back a week later and they were on my ce report on my ASRT account.

Stupid app won't let you download stored PDF images of certificates. You have to print it off and take a stupid picture of it, unlike the website which will allow you to download from a file.

Unable to access Direct readings, take quiz, or look at credits received. It was all there before, and now there is no access.

App does not do what it says any longer, only upload certificates and log out. In description of app it states I can take CE reading test and many other options, what happened? Used to be a 5 star app

Having the same issue as others... no other options given except upload a certificate or log out... says my app is UTD....

can't upload credit proof. Everytime you clicknon photos it closes app

To be able to read the articles and take the test now there's nothing.

I can't ever get signed in, doesn't give you options to change pw.

Native app complaints are millennial and idiotic in nature. The app serves its purpose allowing you to upload certs and take quizzes which is convenient.

Not a native app. It simply serves as a shortcut to the mobile website in your phones browser. Not worth keeping on your phone at this time

Galaxy note 5. When selecting an organization to upload a certificate, the organizations are hard to read and cut off in the 'other' category. Also need the ability to crop and rotate the picture.

Great app. Just needs to stop the timeout process for the answer key

I love the concept of the app, however, it does not allow me to take pictures of & upload my CEU certificates on my Samsung Galaxy. When I attempt to use the app to upload a certificate, the camera goes all black except for an ASRT logo in the background, I cannot "line up" the edges because nothing shows. When I click on the screen, it goes all black, then all white & then sends me back to the sign in page, logged out even though I just logged in mere seconds before. Would love to see this problem fixed.

Downloaded it on my old phone and worked great for uploading certificates and CEUs but since I upgraded my phone to galaxy s6 it no longer will let me upload anything. It gets to the part of taking a picture of my certificate and freezes up on a black screen. Wish they'd fix it because it was really nice before but now will have to uninstall as its not much good on this phone.
