good for use this
I absolutely love love love this app! I've been working on getting more assertive for about a month now, starting out with a course and reading books, but this app has helped me just as much! There are great tips and good advice on how to practice being more assertive but it also encourages you to do so by taking away any negative thoughts that could be holding you back. Love that there's a lot of articles to read AND videos to watch!
