Using this app to create work orders has its advantages. You are free to move around while creating a work ticket and not confined to a desk, however, my only problem is that I cannot print a work order from the app, if that would be included in the application, I'd rate 5 stars for sure
Slow, keeps freezing up, keeps kicking me off, put up addresses that don't even exist, not good working in the field doing alot of work orders. Mobile 311 is so much better.
This app worked on my Samsung S9. I upgraded to a Samsung S20 and now I cannot even log in. Several of my coworkers are also having issues with logging in and the app just randomly closing for no reason.
Compared to how well the desktop version works, this app is garbage. The search and filter options are limited and poor. Oh yeah, when I scan a QR code on a part, the whole app shuts down (and it wasnt just my phone and tablet, that issue is plant wide). Display options aren't available either so you can't customize anything. The desktop version is great, the app is absolute garbage.
Please oh PLEASE get rid of the login timeout. The notification feature could be so useful, but it's useless right now because you get logged out after a few minutes of inactivity. Logging back in is annoying as is. The app also needs a major UI uplift. Just by the splash screen, you can tell this is optimized for older 16:9 phones and everything stretches on even newer budget phones. The constant crashing is SUPER annoying, which logs you out, again, which is VERY annoying.
Slow. Crashes a lot. Freezes. Feels like it was designed in 2009 and hasn't had an update since. ADD FINGERPRINT LOGIN!! Get rid of excessively long splash screen at app startup. REMOVE AUTO LOGOUT. Notifications are useless when you are always logged out. NEEDS FASTER BACKEND DATABASE SPEEDS. All convenience of app negated by the fact that it's so slow and cumbersome. Your competitors apps work instantly. Make it happen! There is no excuse for an app this clunky in 2021.
So much potential.... Sadly this app is one of the worst asset management apps I've ever worked with. The interface is tacky and outdated. The Load times take longer than the actual job. And, the entire system and way you interact with work orders in very inefficient. as a maintenance tech I would rather make a paper check list than deal with this app. 100% not user or mobile friendly.
this program has tons of potential. Because this program uses a cloud it is vary usful to do cross platform work. BUT!! because it does not utilize a cach on your mobile device loading times are horrendous!!!. and simply almost unusable. vary unfortunate that i am forced to us this program with the slow loading times make my job take longer just to fill out paperwork. i would completely redo my review if this would get fixed.
Better then desk top but still awful. Can't access planner or work order labor. About 20% of the time my labor doesn't show up on desktop. Desktop is even worse.
The app hasn't worked since updating to Android 11 about 6 months ago. We have multiple users in our organization on Android phones, and none of them can use the app.
App rarely lets me log in because it is crashing. Keep getting status code 400 error and unable to use the app. App is up to date and tried to clear cache and data.
Trouble scanning QR codes that were printed from Asset Essentials website. Maybe 1 out of 20 will scan. Tried multiple devices same problem on each. Used the 2x7 format. Used a different QR code reader and it was able to read the web address stored in the QR code every time. So I think the issue is with the Asset Essentials app not the QR codes.
This app is slow and broken. When I push the back button it crashes. Loading things takes far too long. A recent patch has fixed some things and then broken others. Very hard to recommend this as anything other than a beta version.
this app is terrible. the UI is not intuitive, customer service is poor, and I have to refresh after every change I make. this is where I would typically put something positive but I'm struggling to come up with anything.
I close a work order, pending approval. But it's not saving action taken. Have to keep redoing the work order sometimes up to 8 times or more. Before it saves my action. Please fix this ! Also having to reset the table every time to get it to stay.
Still trying to login from a tablet. It just sits there. I have left it open for a day try to get past the opening page. I got it to work on my phone but it's not a great experience. Given the money people and companys are spending on the program one would think they would make a better app. It is 2021 after all.
This is one of the absolutely worst apps I've ever used works very slowly locks up all around not very good
Seems to be working well, we have been customers for over a year and the support is great, they are constantly making improvements. Have had a few issues but someone always responds promptly and normally the issue is resolved in a few hours. Keep up the good work! JD

Can't even log onto the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling 5 x's already. Still can't get on. Had to go get a work order put together the old fashion way. Waste of time. But a good concept if it ever works on my note 10.

Gives "invalid url" message on Android phone. Our company might need to find a new software.

App of a sudden I can't get logged in. Just pulls up a white screen with the Dude Solutions logo. Tried clearing the cache and force stopping the app. Nothing is working...
Always crashes when updates happen
Seems okay. No way to sort the open work orders? No way to hide completed work orders? Or, if its there, its too hard to find.
Shoot I'm just a PM tech but this app is rockin for me 😎. Works great, phone, tablet, computer, whatever you got. I'm able to close my work orders out comfortably and conveniently from my android phone. They seem to be working all the bugs out too that the 1 star people were talking about. Keep up the good work!
