New Assioma Duos. Plugged in to charge for first use. Downloaded the app. Turned on the Bluetooth. Activated the pedals. Updated the firmware for both. Super simple. Took only a few minutes on my OnePlus 7. Done ✅
Cannot connect to pedals, have had them a few years and everything has worked fine before. Please update ASAP. Now redundant since moving from one bike to another
Doesn't work on Android 12, can't find the pedals. Have had to borrow an iPhone to activate them.

Great app as all functionality works and is intuitively laid out. Great power meter as well, solid engineering with great accuracy and reliability, battery life on point and fully hassle free once paired. Highly recommended even if you don't need easy switching between bikes.
Good app. Would like if actual battery remaining percentage was displayed rather than just a 'bar'. But that's just a minor gripe. No issues with app all. Works perfectly all the time
Pedals are great but for some reason my left pedal will not turn on sometimes and i often have problems when i seatch for the pedal with the magnify glass on the mobile app it wont find them! Pedals are awesome but looses 3 stars for poor connectivity (thats only poor connecticity when you need to change a setting) and for the pedals not turning on sometimes. The only fix i have found to turn the pedals on is put them on the charger (even though it then tells me the pedals are full power)
For some reason, the app doesn't detect my right pedal. Luckily was able to calibrate and activate the pedals using iOS version of the app. Looking forward for a fix. Thanks
Half a year ago I wrote an issue report that the app does not find the pedals when many other Bluetooth devices are nearby. No response and not fixed...
Outstanding app. Quick pairing, easy activation of pedals. The app seems quite logically laid out. Happy camper so far !
Looks like battery level indication isn't correct. Just compared it with iOS app indications - hope it will be fixed.
Doesn't work properly with Android 12. Detects but won't connect to pedals.
Its almost Impossible to connect pedalls. :(
The app does what it is for — updates the pedals firmware and shows their battery levels.

Good support and useful updates
Tried to activate and internet connection was bad so it failed. Now trying again with full internet service and can't find devices (either pedals any more). So can't activate. Have restarted everything and reinstalled. Still can't activate. Rubbish. Update - activated only after switching Wahoo (other bluetooth devices) off.
The app recognises the pedals but crashes systematically when I try to activate them, so that I can't use them. Spent 800€ for nothing...
Why does this app NOT allow the collection of power meter data? After spending $800.00 on the hardware, there is no excuse for this app NOT collecting power meter data. Other products exceed Favero Assioma in this respect.
I must say pairing the Assioma Duo with my Android devices just like a lucky draw or hunting. It's so difficult to find the Duo, or it appear on the list just a flash then disappear again, I have to standby and quickly press the connect button. Also, sometimes it just take forever to pair to the right side of the pedal. A terrible compatibility issue...
