Associate Stock

Hot garbage. This app never works, I've had it for a long time and have only ever successfully logged in maybe 8 times out of 50 tries. I have Fingerprint, WIN and PIN and I have to use all 3 but always get some error message and can't access my account. Of course there is no help in the app, and the app itself when you get in is pretty bare bones. There are no screen transitions when you click you get an old analog TV static screen. Hot garbage. Bad programming.

First off, the application looks like it is designed around the iOS style guidelines not the Android ones. That is already off putting. Secondly, it is incredibly difficult to log in, I use a password manager and I would expect that it would work in this application just like it does in any other application, but nope, this one is by far the worst. I had to manually type in my pin number (also, what sort of account only has a PIN and no actual password. Not to mention it's limit is way too low.

Randomly changed my language so I can't understand anything on the app.

When I log in I just get a loading circle that spins and spins. Been this way since I downloaded it, have tried multiple times for weeks. Worthless

This app keeps telling me my phone number is not valid, so I can't move on in the sign on process!!!! So frustrating 😫

This used to be a great app. Not sure about the updates done. It just keeps loading on log in, but won't log in.

App was hung up on verifying and so couldn't log in, until I opened the login page in Firefox and changed NoScript's filters to TRUSTED. Verification finished loading and was able to log in. All that's needed now is to enable adjusting payroll deductions without having to log in on the WIRE at work.

The app works as described in that it only shows your Associate Stock purchases. It will not, however, show your other WMT investments (stock bonus and such). So you'd still need to log into the Computer Share website. The reason I'm giving the app 4 stars is because the setup process was awkward and long.

Was working fine until it locked me out for no reason. Had to reset I'd and password, then when I go to log back in, the terms and agreements page come up and freezes. Pointless to have an app that has glitches still to be worked out.

Hi, i like the app and it really helps you keep track of your progress. The only thing i would like to see on here one day is the option to choose how much you want to contribute through the app, instead of going to one walmart and go through all these other things just to get to that part of the stocks. Other than that i think its a good app!

I've downloaded this app several times now and each time when I put my info in to start the app the page says it can't be uploaded due to unknown URL. I would like to use the app to have better control over my investments.

Totally worthless app. Won't let me login. I've had to call the 1-800 number 3 tomes and still won't let me login

Just plain aweful! I would give 0 stars if that was an option. It never once let me access my account. Totally useless app. Don't waste your time and effort. Its easier just to call in to find out stock information.

No longer works. It has gotten to the point where it won't log in and then I click open in chrome and it opens fine there. Rather than have a useless app I'm going to have to remove it and use chrome.

There is STILL no graceful way to exit the app. This is a SERIOUS bug. I'll wait for one more update before I ditch the app. If you have not yet downloaded this tool, DO NOT DO IT until the bugs are fixed. Again, this is a great idea, but a real app developer needs to be called in to make it work right.

I would give it zero if I could. I've never been able to successfully open or use this app, when I click contact us, it closes the app completely. Uninstalling and please don't waste your time with it.

I'd like to see more details in the app, like total amount of money I have invested and how much money I've gained or lost

Terrible! I attempted several times to open the app. While "verifying" my phone would completely shut down and restart itself. Not pleased and I will be deleting this app.

Doesn't work well with Bitwarden password manager. And you can't copy and paste into the WIN and Passcode fields because they get cleared if you switch apps.

The app is very useful and good tool to have. Problem is login has problems randomly. Currently I try login and get stuck on loading screen indefinitely. I have S20+ and unlimited data so its not from my side.

Freezes my system if it doesnt just fail to verify my account, giving a generic error that when you click on "contact us" does nothing. None of the apps Walmart makes for their associates ever work.

When I first started using this app it was fine as months went on,now it's saying check internet connection which I clearly have a good connection. On a day I just wanted to see how my stocks doing.

I like the app on how it shows you your shares and total value of your shares there are 2 things I would like for them to add to the app one it should give you the option to reinvest how many shares you want back into the company. Second it should provide a tracking number for the check they send you so you know where it is and when it is expected to arrive

It almost always has an issue when I try to log in. Lately, I haven't been able to log in at all. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

It's fine if you just want to sell your stocks or know the total value, but it needs to show principal and capital as well. Also an option to buy more with the 15% company contribution without having to go through payroll deductions would be nice.

after doing the update the log in page is blank...please fix this issue as I can not get into the app to use it. thanks in advance.

"Generic error" upon login, cannot access my account. Called the 800 number, after it verified my account, it disconnected and said it couldn't connect me. Same story for the website.

Better now it works. However what is the point of having a biometric login if every time you open the app you have to provide your account number and password?

It keeps saying needs an internet connection when I clearly have one. I cannot login to check my accuracy very frustrating. App needs development and quickly.
